That's right. I like Samara. I was a bit edge about her extreme black or white code at first, yet she is remarkably affable once you get to know her better and discuss things with her. She's highly intelligent, sophisticated, has a lot of experience and a stunning figure and set of eyes, IMO. She strikes me as a very sympathetic character; she's lost so much, endured so much and despite watching all her hopes and dreams for herself and her family destroyed, she carries on with her duty. Samara considers Morinth her smartest and bravest daughter and I do not doubt that she still loves her daugther as witnessed by the sorrowful comment when she asks Shepard to allow "this broken old warrior" to leave the scene where she faced off with her own flesh and blood and killed her. It's a terrible fate and in many ways I think Samara has been through fires of hell similar to what Shepard has experienced.

I read somewhere that choosing Morinth isn't Renegade, it's Chaotic Stupid.  Not that many people choose the Chaotic Stupid alignment.

That's true. I like the sound of "damn son" in my head better though, and thus I used it as a general exclamation and not directly intended to reflect your gender.
