I think Tali is innocent yet I also think she's far from prudish. Once she feels comfortable with Shepared, despite being nervous, she knows what she wants and she will go after it if she senses the other person wants the same (as witnessed by the Quarian pounce). This also very much fits in with her commentary about having to think of others constantly as a Quarian living on the Flotilla. Tali seems to be that perfect combination of "lady in the street, but a freak in da bed", IMO.

Hey fellow Tali-mancers. Love that cuddle Pic, by the by. After much consideration, and a rather long lecture from one of our benevolent Thread leaders about why I should just accept the way things are, I've decided no more complaining about...well...anything. Besides, I like you guys and I don't want to alienate myself if I haven't done so already. Okay, now with that out of the way, I have a bit of shameless self promotion to do.

Alot of you guys write some 'amazing' Fiction. I'm looking at you Budda and Doc. So, I decided to take a stab at it myself. Now, I'm a little fuzzy on how to create a link in the post to my Blog, where the Short Story is, so I guess, for now, I'll just point everyone in that direction.

The title of my several part series is called Mass Effect Chronicles: Whiterose. And before you guys ask, yes, it has to do with Quarians, just not right off the bat. It's a story with a new Character set in the Mass Effect Universe since I don't feel I have the right or the skill to write anything involving Shepard's POV or Tali's. Yeah, so, it's going to not be a Loooong seires. Unless, by some miracle, you folks acutally like it. Anyway, I'd appreciate it if you guys and gals took a glance at it, tell me what you think, and if you folks acutally leave some non-emotionally scarring comments (well, at least not ALOT) I'll try to release a new Part in the seires each week, work time permitting. Thanks you guys for even giving it a glance if you do.

By the way we're getting pretty close to 1000 pages again. Which means Tali thread 4.0 might be just around the corner  , that has to be some kind of internet achievement for longstanding discussion about a single character  .

I think it is worth noting that the structure of Mass Effect encourages (unintentionally I think) people to not only love their favorite character, but also to attack other characters, especially one as awesome as Tali. I think we all recognize that certain characters will get more focus than others in ME3. If Tali gets the spotlight then some other character is reduced to singing backup. I would personally hate to see any character I love get the treatment Ashley Williams got in ME2. To that end it is not enough to love a character, you have to tear down other characters and their supporters who might threaten your favorite's leading role. There are always some who just like to tear things down, but I would expect that a lot of complainers and Tali trolls are not just jealous of her support, but afraid what might happen to their own favorite. How might we react if we thought Tali was about to be written out?

Our bellow would deafen Bioware for years.
The tremors would cause coastal waves and bury their forums under landslides.
Our feet would trample the remains into dust.

Did I forget anything? Oh, the tresher maws

I still hope Tali returns as a squadmate (if she survived) for ME3.

whenever the topic of Mass Effect 3 comes up on my regular gamesite (Gamespot), i still voice that they should have some or all of the surviving cast members stick with you for the final chapter. They artists can alter their armor and looks a bit like they did to Tali and Garrus for ME2, that's fine.

but yeah. you get my point.



looking forward to the Hammerhead missions though.
