Samara recruitment mission first time you talk to the detective it is one of the investigate options

The shepard VI was created by Mouse in Thane's loyalty mission. You can get a copy of it though I don't know how to make it work.

From what I know, it doesn't work. I was looking all over the Normandy, never found that awesome Shepard VI. I hope they'll add it with DLC or something, would be very hilarious.

While I do not feel the same ease of emotional openess and comfort with Miranda as I do Tali, I do not find Miranda to be unlikeable once you get her to open up a bit about her past and whom she is. She has strong shields in place and for understandable reasons. Many of us keep our shields in place; I do. I've gotten much better at letting select people in deep, but there are many day-to-day encounters where I'll be cordial, polite, nice, funny, etc. with people but will nonetheless keep them at an arm's length.

Sometimes it's difficult to decide whether one should laugh at people, fall into despair looking at how deep humanity can fall, or just shoot them in the head.

I kept all mine alive (except for kelly) on my first run. But what about those who had them killed? there are too many veriables in the game and I cant see Bioware putting in that kind of work.

Sucks for them. They have the option of reloading a game and gaining the squad's loyalty, purchase the necessary upgrades and give it another shot. At some point people have to take responsibility for their own actions.
