Then for the sake of argument, let's assume she's not.  She's settled her issues w/ the Shadow Broker and wants you back.  You going to ditch Tali, who's never left you hanging, for her?

Oh I'd definately pick Tali, I liked liara and all but only chose her becuase bio wouldn't let you get Tali in ME!

Tali: absolutely no question.  My Shepard liked Tali from ME 1 when she wasn't available to romance, and went with Liara just because she approached him and he figured Tali wasn't into humans.  When she ditched him for her obsession with the Shadow Broker, that was a complete deal-breaker for him.  He would never abandon Tali now, no matter how much Liara wanted him back.
