The closest I got to Renegade so far is my current playthrough - trying to do what I'd do if I really were Shep. But so far, I'm still 3:1 Paragon. Although I even force myself to pick the Renegade option when the Paragon one would be too nice for me.

EDI: *Glows bright red* Feeble human i take no orders from you |

EDI: I am the harbenger of |

Joker: *cuts EDI off yelling* COMMANDER!!!!! |

Tali: *watches via omni tool with a smile* |

I think I only sniped the Mech's head in Garrus' recruitment mission, the rest were Renegade persuasion attempts toward evil people.
Most of the interrupts are far too evil.
