She's right though. To the best of our current scientific knowledge everything does die. Possibly even the universe itself.

Oh? And how certain can we be of this given our extremely limited knowledge of them? Perhaps they do run out of energy after X amount of time has passed. Besides, I was not referring to the ME universe. I was referring to our own real life universe.

By the way who or what created our universe?

As a male character you can choose to sleep with Morrigan or try to persuade Alistair to do the deed instead. Or you can opt to sacrifice your own life. Hm. Anyone tried to see what happens in DA:O if you have Alistair along and he delivers the killing blow? Technically he should then die.

He delivered the killing blow on my dark ritual playthrough actually, but in the cutscene, I still finished the Archdemon off. I assume, without ritual, it's a choice situation - "Kill Archdemon" or "Wait around and whistle, waiting for someone else to kill it".
I might be wrong on this, of course.

I chose the strategic considerations of the Alliance over colonists. (My) Shepherd has sent her friends to die and her decisions have killed more than a few people who have never even met her. To sacrifice the colony was to send a message to every would-be terrorist that getting the Alliance to go home is a lot easier than you might think.

Aye, I've brought up that precise scenario twice before - once in a previous thread and earlier in this thread. On my first play through I decided to save the colonists, yet on my second I saved the strategically important target. There are sound arguments for both courses of action and it's hardly of any consolation to those who die and the ones they leave behind I suppose, yet the strategic value of the target is one of the first things I tend to think of in any given situation - both in-game and in real life.

Nope. I did too and Morrigan invited me in to her bed early on. I then warmed considerably to Leliana's sweet charms and knew straight away that Morrigan would be the kind of woman who breaks my heart, where as Leliana is the kind of woman you can trust your heart to.

Still, there's that part of my male ego that wants to rescue the dark girl/woman that is Morrigan and she shows signs of having deeper conflicting emotions than she likes to acknowledge. Much like Vaconia from BGII. I'm drawn like a moth to a flame to women like that. Had to learn the hard way a few times now to keep some distance.

Now back to Tali and the ME universe! Would any of you at least half-seriously naming a future daughter "Tali"?

Well, on the subject of tough decisions, I haven't seen the rewrite/destroy the geth mission mentioned. I spent like 15 minutes debating what was the smarter thing to do
