Requirements: able to learn Dominate, Advanced Training, Retrain Powers and 7500 Element Zero per extra skill point(s).
Steps
1. Buy Advanced Training and pick the Dominate skill. (All points you have in your bonus spec will be saved)
2. After you lean the skill, check your abilites and you will notice a BONUS skill point will be speced into it.
3. Use Retrain powers and you will have an extra skill point added to spend
4. Rinse and Repeat
:-)
of course you need as casedawgz put it "an assload of eezo. well it does take a lot. 150000, to be exact. i have the strategy guide so i thought i'd be nice and put all the planets that have eezo on this for you guys so you can max out your stats. it actually doesn't take that long to scan for it all if your on a ng+ with the 50k eezo bonus. i was able to max out my vanguard in about 2 hours. i encourage you to use the tapping method while scanning. holding LT would just be crazy. Also a good strategy I have found with scanning is to hold the controller like a gun with your right hand and tap LT with your right index finger and when you find the eezo spot, use your thumb to drop the probe. i've found i'm able to scan quicker and have less pain by scanning this way.
well here ya go. here's the plannets with the eezo.

i wonder if it even is cheating. it sounds like a great little easter egg the devs put in there
I doubt it, but it only works with the Dominate skill so the devs might be playing with words.

Question, can you switch to another bonus power after you get the points to max everything?

Interesting... but given how easy it is to mod the .ini file to give you however many points you want, it seems a long-winded way to get things done. On PC, of course.
Ahhh..... I do love the truth
I cannot bring myself to kill Samara with my Paragon sheps, and the Renegades are all still on ME1 yet.
Though, I wouldn't use this anyway, but I do want dominate unlocked at least.

How could it be 'an easter egg' if it doesnt work with everyone except for one rare one; rare being what would likely be the least picked loyalty skill. I'd say call it a bug, for that's what it likely is...
Well the 'Easter Egg' would be a play on words with the ability's name, Dominate. Use the metod enough and you surely will 'Dominate'. ...Not that it's difficult to beat the game without doing this.

I'm not gonna lie, killing samara left a real sick feeling in my sheps tummy. i'll never do it again. morinth is just to weird. dominate is the only reason to ever kill samara. she's one of the cooler characters. very nurturing mother type. like the chick mage from DA:Ogr00grams wrote...

Bah. It's not like Dominate requires you to completey destroy your game. Just unlock it and reload.
And the hair thing is meh. What you *really* need to see is the hit squad made up of Tali clones.

While I am neither a tali 'hater' or 'lover' ( I don't really care tbh) I would prefer a hit squad that has better skills.
The engineers in ME2 that are squadmates pretty much suck aside drone.
Like geth/synthetic enemy maps it's a much better option to bring Garrus and Zaeed in as a clean up crew. You'll tear them to shreds much quicker.
