Halfway 999 I realized I had to get something ready. Because it took too long to draw Garrus jumping out of a giant cupcake, I quickly adjusted my Scream art, lol.

Garrus' face was not dismissed directly by a rocket. I have fraps footage of the event.



Figure A:



In figure A, we see the rocket from the gunship flying past Garrus with substantial clearance, and not to his face.



Figure B:



In figure B, we see the explosion from said rocket behind Garrus, with him being thrown forward. Also shown, the right side of his face is unmolested.



Conclusion: either Garrus hit the ground REAL hard, or this is a conspiracy/lie perpetrated by the V man himself.



Discuss.

In figure A, we see the rocket from the gunship flying past Garrus with substantial clearance, and not to his face.

In figure B, we see the explosion from said rocket behind Garrus, with him being thrown forward. Also shown, the right side of his face is unmolested.

Conclusion: either Garrus hit the ground REAL hard, or this is a conspiracy/lie perpetrated by the V man himself.

Want to discuss (Garrus' face damage could be result of high-impact landing or shrapnel from other blast) but all I can think of is how that second one looks like he is dancing some kind of traditional slavic jig.

Two options:

Serious: Probably the fire and the impact of the rocket would probably affect him while hit.

Not serious: The wizard did it!!! Just to add some Garrus-scar jokes to it.
