Ok, regarding our favourite Turian, what would you want to see as a conclusion to the romance?
Basically I would be very happy for Garrus to tell Shepard that he loves her and that he'll "always be there if she needs him" More affection obviously and a moment where garrus fears for her life but she's fine. That will be the realization that he loves her.

As for the ending I can predict a happy, paragon ending to go something like this. Just like how the first Mass effect started, Shepard is seen looking out on the universe from a window while on the Normandy (cue mass effect music). She then narrates the rest of the cinematic as she walks away and heads towards Joker. On her way, you get to see every squad mate (and important crew members) that has survived the 3 games, they nod,smile at her and give her pats on the back while she makes her way to the cockpit. Whoever you romance will be waiting for you by joker, as you walk up to them you get a close up of your Romance’s face as they smile and look at you proudly. Shepard will smile back and stand beside him/her, the last shot is the Normandy making a mass effect jump with Shepard signing off in narration. Basically it will show that Shepard's adventures are not over and that she will carry on being a hero even when the reapers are dead. Most importantly her soul mate will continue to be beside her while they save the galaxy.

Someone about 20 pages back mentioned Appleseed and I finally watched it last night (been in my Netflix line for two years). I have to say whoever made a comparison between Garrus and the mech isn't too far off.



And for those of you that haven't seen it, I do recommend it.

Is it a series or a movie?

It's a movie. If you have Netflix, it's actually on instant viewing. I'm not a huge anime fan, but it was pretty good flick. This is the newer 2004 movie. There's a sequel as well but I haven't seen it yet.



Heck, the main girl is kind of like Shepard (depending on your Shep).

But there is actually a scene where he's using a sniper rifle to defend the main character...it was pretty awesome.

Well, it's a manga series and a movie, and there might have been an anime at one point. I've only read/skimmed the first four volumes, but as I was reading it the two main characters kept reminding me of Garrus and Shepard. Like, relentlessly.

lol, it's actually the first time that I notice that. I just thought Shep went over there to look sexy and stuff, but it actually serves a purpose.

Garrus' real secret, the "calibrations" are really his extranet bookmarks from Joker and his pirate music stash. Also his order receipt for some cheep wine since Shepard doesn't give him a paycheck.
