Need to think about something else... Okay, what would be a good cosplay for Garrus to wear?

Hmm, you mean if Garrus dressed up as someone else from the ME universe? LOL, that could be fun (even if it's not what you meant)
Let me think...
(By the way, the best ME cosplay I've seen is that one of Liara...it's nearly perfect. you guys know the one I mean? I know any turian cosplay couldn't work nearly as well. the anatomy is too different.)

I noticed a convo on VA earlier, I'm a big fan of Michael Ironside (he did the Splinter Cell series).
And maybe I can offer this: Not quite Garrus in a dress, but under a dress.....

Haha, I think Ray Joel Oh did all those pics. Awesome. XD
For Garrus cosplaying, my MainShep would definitely say "Saren!" without a second thought. Now I imagine her trying to dress up like a turian for Halloween when she was a kid.

@ ELE08: How did you get Shepard that close to Garrus without him running off? He always seems to think my Shepard is walking into him and he's in the way, so he moves. xD
Fortuitous timing during a cutscene during Garrus' loyalty mission, completely by accident.

Oh no, Zombie Garrus and the Priiiize again, my eyes! Lol.

OK, if that's Garrus under Shepard's dress, who's under the other lady's dress??

I think I saw on deviantart someone make a Garrus face using hard felt paper or something that looks like that. It looked cool, but it wasn't realistic.
This?

I forgot to add - yesterdays conversations on the Clan V group discussion boards we were talking about phobias.
I'm terrified of Zombies. I used to love horror films until I saw the original Dawn of the Dead - since then I can't watch films that have zombies in them, even funny ones like Shaun of the Dead.
I don't like zombie Garrus

OK. Something about that face, and the shirt together, makes me double facepalm and one of my feet on my face too. ><

I just noticed that. O_o
I would honestly love to get someone to cosplay Garrus. I wouldn't mind working on it, but I don't think I have any guys who are tall enough or willing enough to dress up as a turian.

I don't think a turian could be done convincingly outside of CGI. After seeing "District 9", I'm completely convinced that a CGI render of a turian could be COMPLETELY realistic...should someone care enough to put a bunch of money and time into it.
Totally agree, they did the CGI brilliantly in that film.

BTW, the aliens from the film looked an awful lot like turians from the neck down.

You know a movie wasn't great when I barely remember what it was about. I mean, I remember some movies that were horribad (Mummy 3, this movie I watched in BC that I can't remember the name of but DEAR GOD it stunk...)
Er... right.
Where was I going with this? Oh, right, Distract 9 and it's suckage ;P
I will be super impressed if they can pull off a real live looking turian for the movie.
I'm still hoping against hope that they won't be Rtards and will make a movie that's NOT focused around Shepard, so therefore they won't NEED Garrus, and instead it's the amazing adventures of Nihlus and Samara, er, something... but yea... I have a feeling that's just a pipe dream.

Which is why I fear what the movie version of ME will be like. Because I have my suspicions that it will play more like freakin' "Transformers" than something more original that has a bit more plot and fewer explosions. (Don't get me wrong, I like explosions. I love fire too. It just tends to get overdone these days.)
I didn't mind the ME2 plot overall, but please... we don't need Kelly Chambers in ME3. Seriously, EDI could've done her freaking job just fine. (It's not like she did a whole lot of good for people with real issues, like Jack.) And EDI wouldn't have gone out and gotten scale itch.
