Also, I have suspected for some time that Mordin has a thing for turians. You see the way he paid special attention to Garrus when you first meet him at the clinic? XD
You know, I'm actually supposed to write a MaleShep/Mordin slashfic for a request. Among the usual info the requester gave me (pairing, amount of crackiness, general information about the way they want the fic to go) was a little bonus point challenge. One of the bonus point objectives was, and I quote:
"Make it so that Shepard (for whatever reason, maybe food poisoning or something?) can't do Samara's loyalty mission and Mordin is forced to take his place and seduce Morinth. Oh, and when he enters Afterlife's VIP area, MAJOR BONUS POINTS IF YOU MAKE PRACTICALLY EVERY BAR PATRON (BOTH MALE AND FEMALE!) HIT ON HIM. Yes, including that one turian harassing that asari stripper."
And do you want to know the worst thing? I'm actually writing it as we speak. ARGH.
It's just like kglaser said. I am aloveablesicko.![]()
I love you for all of this, Xsause. And I am sooooo looking forward to that fic!

Nihlus' page on the Wiki does say "born in a small mercenary outpost outside Hierarchy space." So... it's possible, but we may never know for sure where Bostra Outpost is. I also didn't notice how similar Nihlus' and Septimus' tattoos were. Maybe that other corpse had Septimus' colony (it was definitely a colony, not an outpost) tattoos, but I would have to check again. I'm not sure if I got a good enough view of that part of his face. By the way, what color are Septimus' eyes? I can't tell from the Wiki page.
I still can't explain that turian corpse that looked human though. Unless the fringe and leg spurs (Is that what you call them?) are made of something that decays faster. I couldn't get a close-up of that one to make a better comparison.
@ Xsauce: Your screenshots are awesome.
Also, Mordin staring at Kuril... I did not notice that before. xD

Wonder what the turian equivalent of going grey would be.Cerrydd wrote...
Kuril looks like a dried peach. Old man with wrinkles.
Garrus looks young and peachy. YUMMY

First of all:

(yeah, laugh at Shepard's original name)
You know that when you start a NG+, you lose all Paragon/Renegade points you gained in your previous playthrough so you have to start all over, right?
Well, this Shepard didn't lose her Paragon points. I've only just done the Convict mission, so I'm not that far into the game and there's no way my Paragon score should be this high. But now it's almost maxed out. WTH?
And secondly (this one's REALLY weird):

Jacob disappeared from the Normandy. I don't know what happened, I just got back from Purgatory, walked into the armory to talk to him, but...no Jacob. He's just not there. Where did he go? Maybe he went to the engine room to *cough* "spill some drinks" *cough* with Miranda. That's the most likely explanation.

D'awwwww
Also, it should be preserved for posterity...every so often, someone asks us what a turian smile looks like. This grin is so obvious, it should be the prime example.

Here, I've cropped the image a bit so you can see it better.

And another one of grinning Li:

Good! How's Taliland today? I have to stop by later.
Xsause, would you mind making me a banner with one of those Li closeups that says something appropriate...I don't know, maybe "Happy Li is Happy" or "I Support Turian Smiles in ME3"? I would be all

I'd rather not look at that doll ever again. You can find it fairly easy if you search "Tali Doll" on google, but be warned, intense mental scars are sure to follow.smecky-kitteh wrote...

I think I saw on deviantart someone make a Garrus face using hard felt paper or something that looks like that. It looked cool, but it wasn't realistic.
This?

The Garrus mask isn't creepy, I wouldn't say. It's costume and therefore has a practical purpose. Wearing it to go to the shops and shouting "Impressive!" or "Scratch one!" every few minutes: that would be creepy. lol

I have another plausible explanation:
Shepard finally found the airlock.
And adorable Li is adorable!
@ Kim Shepard: Yeah, I don't think the outpost insignias have anything to do with the planets you actually find them on. I think it's just a case of a turian ship from a colony crashing on that planet, or a member of a turian expedition dying on that planet.

So, we've seen how turians smile...do we have pictures or video of anything specific they do when they're unhappy, apart from not-smiling?
Garrus's body language in the final turndown of the romance scene comes to mind.
Now I'm a sad.
