So I've been romancing Garrus this play through, and I just have to say that it feels so right and sentimental. I had been faithful to Kaidan in previous play throughs, and was kind of weirded out at the idea of romancing anyone else. Garrus has just made everything feel ok... from the minute I reunited with him on Omega (yes, I know I reunited with him on Omega already, but it was always like a best buddy reunion).

I will probably give Thane a whirl too one of these days in another career, but I just can not stand the way my Shepard throws herself at Jacob. I might have been willing to give him a try if it weren't for this. I'm wondering if any PC people have done a TexMod or something to ease up on those scenes with Jacob?

And with all this talk about a steamy secret folder/file, my interest is piqued! Why must a fangirl be teased so?

I have to admit this seems to be true. I would be lying if I never succumbed to male rivalry. I don't have a problem with Kaidan though. Don't much like Thane for his views and actions. An abstraction like Garrus (of the masculine body shape) may garner less rivalry since he isn't human and is quite alien.

I don't think so. The person who posted it, posted a screenshot of it being a separate pack, I think it will come out soon or at the same time than the Hammerhead. Let's hope for soon, I want Garrus in that armor. I don't want those tubes but you can't see them properly so maybe they don't look so bad. He still has the scars, those tubes look like an earpiece to me or something else.

Nah but really...it's because of her DFC that I have seriously considered cosplaying her. But...alas. I am too chicken to shave my head all Natalie Portman style. That and her tats would be a pain in the ass.

About this secret folder...I think if I had made it, I'd be comically obvious about it and name it something like "Turian Phalli." The name alone should be enough to ward off those that don't share a similar preference of...um...entertainment.

Just moved in to my new house and I have a lot of posts to catch up on... 

@ Epoch - love your persona theme!  All of the other Mass Effect ones I found were too busy and I couldn't read the font for my bookmarked tabs.  Yours is perfect. 

Ref: Garrus attractiveness - when it comes to fictional characters/species I'm way more liberal than I am in real-life concerning the way a person looks and how attractive I find them.  Garrus/turians are sexy.  I actually found myself checking out all of the turians scattered throughout the Citadel in ME1...    (p.s. the weapons vendor in C-Sec? Pretty cute himself!)  In real-life it would probably be an entirely different reaction, but Garrus is fake to begin with (SOB) I don't carry real-life inhibitions.

Hell, for the longest time I found the alien (as in Ridley Scott's Alien) strangely sexual...not sexy, but just...I don't know!  Couldn't put my finger on it, and I had many lengthy debates with my friends over it until I found out that H.R. Giger meant for them to be phallic-looking.  Har har, I guess he got me.    Not that I would bang an alien, mind you, unless it's of the Garrus-variety!

Aaaaand I'll stop now.

I have purposely avoided the Bioware forums altogether for months, just so I wouldn't see any spoilers for ME2. But I can't stay away now that I've finished the game...I've had a crush on Garrus like forever!! I was feeling ripped off the first time I saw "the" cutscene, but the second time I watched it, I thought it was cute, like a 12-year-old boy on his first date or something.

I'm glad you all are here to feed my longstanding sick fantasies.

It's...all Garrus. *cough* Can't speak as to the quality of it all;
there's not a lot out there, so I save everything but the most horrible
stuff. But there's some pretty good stuff nonetheless.

to invisible (access it by typing in the path), or hide folder in
Program Files deep under AIM or something you wouldn't delete.
