I'm not really jealous of Miranda. Her boobs and butt are a bit too big to my taste, and her face doesn't look pretty in game to me. Yvonne Strahovski is beautiful and Miranda looks good on the cover, but it looks different ingame.
I wonder if Shep also put on some nice looking lingerie for Garrus ^^
EDIT: @aznsoisauce: PADDING FTW! Us and our DFC...
Heh. Needing to clarify:
Not jealous of Miranda. Jealous that people who romance Miranda get to see her half-nekkid and we Garrusmancers don't get our shirtless Garrus. That is what I am jealous of.

And, I guess that jealousy makes a lot more sense, and yeah, I'd relate to you and feel jealous, too.

Oh. In that case: yes, I'm jealous.
When I first saw the romance scene, I was all 'awwwwww' when they headbumped. And then it fades to black... That's all? With the ME1 romance still fresh in my mind, I was expecting to see butts. I still love the scene, but Shep could at least kiss his cheek. Mandible. Whatever.
Bioware, I'm not asking to see a turian butt (wouldn't mind it if you show it, though), but PLEASE, at least show us how to get that shirt off.
This post doesn't make any sense. Doesn't matter.
Garrus.

I finished my main maleShepard's playthrough. What a glorious ending! Only the two planned deaths occured (Jack and Miranda), Garrus was the team leader both times again, and in the end, Shepard got to rescue Garrus from falling. I swear to god, for a few seconds I though he was going to fall. I almost shout. Hey, Miranda's survival odds had me a bit paranoid after all I had planned to get her killed. I was afraid that, even with all precautions, she would still survive and I would lose Garrus instead.
But not only that: when Shepard jumped, who was on the other side to help him up?
In case you don't know already: If you take him to the final fight, select him on the second slot (he should appear on the right). I think that's what determines who Shepard rescues from falling. It's emotive even when he doesn't rescue a love interest, though. One of my favorite moments.

People have tried that method and it doesn't always work.
I think it's random.

Well- Of my 3 playthroughs of the end, my first two had me divebombing after Garrus, once with Tali and one with Samara as the other teammate. Both times, it was the non-Garrus squadmate to pull me into the ship. PLaythrough #3, I'd been rushing through to show a friend the ending, and Legion wasn't loyal. So I slid to save him instead, but of course he wound up dying after the platform crash anyway. Then only Garrus was left to pull me up.
I agree that it seems pretty random, but maybe with some various formula stuff thrown in. Like how Mordin is somewhat difficult to keep alive, and Miranda hard to kill. Which reminds me- what makes Jack die during the initial scene where you're in the ship? Um, not for any reason.... >.>
Edit: Ah, I see it has been officially announced that we're getting the 3 alternate outfit pack on the 26th, then Kasumi on April 6th. I was wrong- Thane in shades looks like kind of a tool.

Something to do with upgrading the ship? I think you need the armour, shield and beam, or else three members will get beamed, destroyed in an explosion and impaled.
Well, I like the look of the alternate costumes, and I guess the wire around Garrus is supposed to be a microphone.
I'm willing to read it, Sialeter, if you want.
Well... *sigh*, I've got my first fanfic up on the site. It'll either be something somewhat decent or a terribly awkward ordeal. Well, I guess I'm not going to get anything without someone reading it...

I've rated it M, by the way.
Here goes. Worst comes to worst, it's good if you desperately want to kill time. Well, it's how I'd like the interlude between Shepard and Garrus to go, I'm sorry it's so long, it's a lot longer than I expected. I know most of the beginning is a copy from the game, but I do somewhat deviate. I guess I have to thank you all for at least giving me enough courage to at least try my hand at it. If it's terrible, well, at least I'll know not to inflict anything on you next time.

Cerberus has procured the service of Kasumi Goto, the galaxy's most enigmatic master thief. In return for her help, Kasumi has asked Shepard's help on a dangerous heist to infiltrate the vault of a deadly master criminal named Donovan Hock. Gain Kasumi's loyalty on the planet Bekenstein, where Hock is throwing a party for some of the galaxy's richest and most deranged criminal minds to recover data of great importance to Kasumi... and to the galaxy at large. Includes a new squad member, mission, weapon, research upgrade, casual outfit, and achievement.

I like Garrus'. It's grey, right? It also looks metallic. Funny, reminds me of knight armors xD Or a cleaner, turian version of the fallout 3 power armors.
On a closer look... the brownish parts around the waist look kinda weird. But I still love it.

I for one was pleasently surprised when you meet garrus and got that very interesting ass shot when he walks towards you. It was a good 2-3 seconds of it, its shameless how I play the archangel mission and get happy because I know I'm going to see the ass shot.

Also, so Thane's new outfit is basically to cover up the pecs+zipper that make him so, er..popular with the ladies? lol. also not into the shades for either him or Jack.
As for Garrus, I do like the shiny new armor, I just wish it had a little more blue. Like the cloth parts between the plates and on his waist could have been blue instead, with glowing red lights. I like the color scheme of his loyalty armor, basically. The red inside the collar is just enough to add interest and I think the red/blue mix reflects his overall morality -- good paragon heart with renegade brain =)
edit - fixed wrong word

Bekenstein? That is going over my head, why is that a "seriously, Bioware?" ??
I just meant that that's a really awful name for a planet, IMHO. I sorta meant, "Wat up, Bioware? You couldn't think of a better planet name than that?"
Maybe somebody named Bekenstein won a contest.
