...Beer Helmet Garrus... wow, that's epic. *squee and glee* I love his eyes. And that smile. I love it all. And now I'm searching for those sexy turian smiles.

Yeah, I've heard a lot of Jacob=Old Spice Guy. I don't actually notice Jacob's back that much. Then again I don't actually look at him or talk to him that much. I find him ugly.

Damn, there's so many bloody pictures out there that everything in this thread mentioned now and then reminds me of. By the way, the picture was just drawn because femShep got two aliens and a human to romance, whilst manShep got two humans and an alien, so there could be loads of interpretations for when femShep romances Garrus or Thane.

I don't normally like Thane, but the video was really good, and you did some really good editing and use of different clips, especially at that part at the end.

By the way, where was that part when Shepard, Garrus and Thane were running away from the fire, and past some husks, one of which gets crushed by debris?

Thanks, yea, that song just screamed Thane to me, had been haunting me for a few weeks... anyway.

That planet is called Aequitas, one of the randoim missions you can get.

Sooo...quick question for you Garrus lovers who can sew and/or have small children...How probable do you think it would be for one of those adorable turian hats to stay put atop the head of a toddler? I mean not that I'm thinking of dragging my son into my turian-obsessed shenanigans or anything. I'm just curious...Image IPB

How cute would that be!

I bet if you put a strap under the chin, you could keep it on there at least long enough to take some very cute pictures.

Did anyone else get lines from Garrus after getting poisoned by the batarian bartender? He told me he was sorry for not warning me sooner about the bartender.

I think I would have remembered if I got that line. D: I don't remember which other squad member I had with me though (either Jacob or Mordin).

Garrus: I'm sorry, Commander. I should have warned you--
Evil Shepard: You think?! D:<

@Hyrule_Gal: That was hilarious. xD Poor Garrus. His morals are based on a lie. And that part with Wrex was awesome.

...I wonder if my main Shepard will still need friendship brownies for Miranda after I play New Game + ... or maybe it's more realistic that Miranda is not loyal. >.>; (The response to lose Miranda's loyalty works out very well for the Shepard who wants to help Miranda's sister, but still get Miranda killed in the suicide mission. And if she never talks to her sister, then Shepard never has to have the awkward "she died during the mission" conversation.)

I love anniezard's style, actually. It really is quite comical, as in quite suitable for a comic style.

Edit: Damn, I didn't get this at first, but haha. anniezard's work.

Image IPB

@Soltana: That'd be quite cute, to put one of those adorable hats on a child. Like kglaser said, the easiest would be to have a strap, because without it, you'd probably need the perfect size. Too small and it won't fit around the head and secure itself like a normal hat, and too big and it'd be too loose and would slide off, especially at the angle turian's normally wear their hats at. And a child's head does grow quite a bit, I think.

Plus, turians have the advantage of their fringe, which is effectively a hat stand. *gets slaughtered*

...Now I want to have a turian hat.

Hmm... somebody should do the "Should've gone to Specsavers Effect" Jacob/"Priiize" effect in response to that Axe Garrus effect picture made a while ago. If anybody's curious about what I mean, I don't think Specsavers exist in the USA or in certain other places.

HAHAHA That ad is great.  I don't think we do have Specsavers in the US but we do have that Axe commercial it was based on.

PS: Jacob's body is banging, I don't know what you all are talking about.

"Should've gone to Specsavers" is something of a popular slogan here in the UK, at least, I think. I don't actually get my glasses from them, but eh. At least mine aren't like in that ad.

*Girls swarming in*

*Jacob spraying aerosol all over himself, half-naked*

*Girls start to crowd around him*

*Jacob puts on massive red bifocals*

Jacob: The priiizes

*Girls run away in disgust*

Jacob: But... the priiize

*Girls run faster*

Jacob: But... I love you.

*Empty*
*Jacob tries spraying more aerosol*
*Still empty*

*Garrus walks in*

Garrus: Something wrong, Jacob?

*Girls start swarming back in*

Jacob: ...You cuttlebone.

Been going through anniezard's gallery. Damn, she's got loads of stuff about the romance between Shepard and Garrus. And the love-hate relationship between Garrus and Tali. It's all great.

Squee! Image IPB That's adorable. Ahem, then I don't feel bad about mentioning how I'm stealing an idea for a certain loyalty-armor based hoodie for a certain toddler boy in my household....and for good measure (and sibling balance), I'm figuring out how to do a Tali hoodie for my turian-admiring preschool girl. There's nothing like taking squadmate direction from a child. "No! Take Grunt! He's Garrus' friend!" or "Take the blue lady!" (Don't worry all your heads, I don't play ME all day, or let my kids watch the really violent/sexy bits, etc.)

I think the turian hat would work as long as you used some cardboard or maybe a plastic 'mold' (like from a milk jug). My SIL knits and uses stuff like that for hat brims; the idea should carry over. Image IPB

Also, Jacob: Man has NO ass. (Or, as we say about my daughter, a 'non-butt'). I cannot make myself be attracted to a human man with a flat space where an ass should be. Turians...well they;re supposed to be like that. Image IPB

..."Take the blue lady!" XD

I can imagine actually adding some sort of translucent purple plastic cover to the hood part of the hoodie, but with enough space between it and the actual hood so it can slide over the girl's face. This is the same girl who said Garrus is handsome?

...Now I want to make all sorts of turian/Garrus stuff. Hoodies, hats, etc. Damn you all. I don't even know how to sew. What was supposed to be a dolphin ended up as a blue goldfish by me. My best sewing achievement was an easy as hell device that helped with threading the needle.

And Garrus/turians so do have an ass. But that's not the turians' only sexy part, anyway.

And the crazy middle-of-puberty male teen *cough*

I don't like Zaeed's facial scar, despite Garrus's little joke. It's quite ugly. Though Garrus's looks really good on him, though it really does make you feel sorry for him. I'm not fond of the graft, but I guess you can't really accessorise there.

It's kind of funny how it appears the two femShep alien romances are more popular than the human. Plus the fact femShep gets two aliens and a human, whilst manShep gets two humans and an alien.

...I seem to be posting an awful lot. And reading instructions on how to hand-sew.

Kaidan nor Jacob are the most vibrant and unique characters. Kaidan and Jacob are normal joes whereas Garrus and Thane are new and exciting. I suppose that's why the maliens are more popular.

Yes, this is for my like-minded little girl. :) Anyway, I think if I did the actual mask part, it'd just be a Halloween/dress-up addition, but will primarily be left open for going out on the town, for fairly obvious reasons. :P I think I actually found a hoodie that has most of the colors in the right places (light purple hood, darker purple body) which is awesome and saves me hours of time. I think I'll show it off to the Talimancers when I'm done (don't think I won't model my boy in his Garrus getup here!)
I only hand-sew when the devil machine I use refuses to obey me. >:( But, if that was my only choice, I'd do it....for Garrus! Practice makes perfect, though- even my DH can hand-sew like a pro, after years of repairing his old clothes. Steady hands make a world of difference.
Back to Garrus-ness! Um.....actually, that's all. Garrus.

...Indeed, Jacob and Kaidan aren't the most interesting people. Nor do I find them attractive. Only person I actually like out of the whole squad is Garrus, though some of the personalities that come out are interesting.

Yeah, I can't see adding Tali's mask being the most practical thing to do.

I think I'd prefer to do hand-sewing. I have a feeling my family aren't going to like the idea of me getting a sewing machine. The picture of me getting a sewing machine actually makes me laugh. But yeah, I guess if I ever do ever decide to do some sewing, it'd have to be by hand.

I guess practise will have to make perfect for me. I guess I can't start off being a sewing pro. Eh, better find something to practise on. *looks at childhood toy*

By the way, I was going through silentstephi's Turian Tattoos, and I came across the little section at the end, of the outfits.

The first one is exactly the same as Garrus's casual wear which you see when he's up in Shepard's cabin (and I don't mean as a euphemism), but I wonder, would he look better in the other getup? I quite like it, and the idea of Garrus in a hat is actually quite cute.

So I fic'd a bit. Just a drabble. Not really worth much, but I think of the funniest things when I'm in the shower.

Warning, the other post in my scribbles is MA, so don't click if that's not your sort of thing. This one is also a bit MA, but nothing explict. But if nekkid squicks you out... well, don't click.

Wait, which is the lizard and which is the fish? 'cause they both seem fairly lizard-ish to me, and I DEFINTELY don't see either as a fish...
