I think Turians are my favorite race. I've yet to meet one that wasn't a complete bad ass.

Lorik Qui'in's pretty adult/refined.

@silentstephi: ...So many words....

12 posts to go until 300.

Still a bad ass.

Anaphylactic shock would be seriously unlikely. Horrible and potentially lethal, but unlikely.

Does anyone else think it'd be nice to have a "Rate squadmates in order of preference" poll? Instead of just one where you pick your favorite because, seriously, there are too many awesome characters to only be able to vote for one. Heck, even Zaeed grew on me. And Mordin? Best. Salarian. Ever. I love me some Garrus, but I don't like the idea of another awesome character getting shafted.

...There's always hurt and heal.

Hey, I'm about to go do eggs....I might crib your idea. If I can manage drawing a turian that doesn't look retarded and deformed. :/

I think due to math, that poll would be too huge to do.

because you'd have to have like, 12 times... something many options...
(statistics/math isn't my strongest subject...)

...Yeah, you're right.

So, um, Garrus.

Hmm, seeing as we're talking about drawing on eggs... do you think turians, or Garrus, practise many arts?

Making one poll on preference would be impossible, especially on this forum's system. Perhaps if you've made multiple polls, one for each character, or some sort of tally thread (...reading that in my head made me realise that that's a very bad joke), or something not on this site.

300 pages, wOOt! And a cake (which was thoughtful). I should probably commemorate this by actually leaving my house or doing much-neglected chores. Or, I could spend another 6 hours online today or playing ME2.

Hmmm, just can't decide...NOT!! XD

Actually I think I'm gonna go look at some Garrus screenshots. With my "spare time" that I should probably be spending on worthwhile things...oh wait, that is worthwhile ;)

I'm torn between actually hugging him there and teasing by telling him I have to do calibrations instead. LOL

They practice the art of killing...

But on a more serious note, I figure Turians as more tribal like creatures... Never figured them in being particular interested in sissy human things like opera and abstract art =P However I can see them playing tribal drums and having awesome native dances.

We're talking really fast, today.

I'd hug him. Any chance to get a Garrus hug before he has to do calibrations is welcome by me.

Oldie but a goodie

I think turians are more than capable of enjoying things like abstract art or other forums of artistic expression. Sure, they do seem a bit primal (hell, even Harbie calls them "Too Primative") but their culture as far as we know it is on par with the rest of the galaxy.

Still, it's called the Turian Empire... Hrm. I neesd to ponder.

I want to see a turian world in ME3.

I have a good feeling I will get to. Anyone know any names of a turian world or homeworld?

Palaven.

Yeah, I guess turians get that primal streak about them, but I don't think it bars them from the finer things in life. I mean, Lorik Qui'in interests himself in human idioms. I can see some enjoying music, and maybe some more advanced stuff. We get a lot of skits of Garrus taking Shepard to Elcor Hamlet. I'd love to see Garrus see or do something artistic.

Do we know anything about it? And is that a home world or just a colony or something?

Actually, I should know more about this stuff.

*runs off to turians wiki page*

I figured since Turians value the group and not individuality, then their artistic expressions would be more clan oriented. However, they do have some awesome tattoos and I definitely consider that an artistic expression... I can't count all the hours I've spent gawking at all the pretty face markings Turians have.

...I love you. Unless it turns out this is some dispicable plan to corrupt my computer. Or, in your words "FILL UP FLAMMIE'S HD WITH NOOOOOOOOOOOOO"

Oh, yeah, the tattoos on their face, definitely suggests art. I wonder if any of them are musical, though, except for if they did tribal drumming.

It was exactly that.  And now, leaving work, toodles folks!  (I'll probably have another .rar or two to add later tonight)
