Well, my other Shep isn't 'over' Kaidan yet and won't be romancing anyone.  And doesn't want to hurt her best friend with romantic overtures her heart may not be in.

I still refuse to call it "faithful."

Hell yesh!!! freaky with the disconnected head, but the NECK!!! Damn!! *drooling* i demand fully half-naked Garrus in the future DLCs or ME3!!!   Wait a minute! in the 4th pic, are those scales or plates or whatever it is on the back of the Garrus's neck!?

The more I think about it the more I realize my secondary Shepard isn't really a Garrus type. She really should go for Thane or Kaidan...I just can't manage to make it through a PT without romancing Garrus.

It was tough, when I did my "Jacob Romance For Science" run, especially when he wouldn't talk to me.  But since I did it once, I can do it again.

Yeah, I have a hard enough time committing to renegade options.  Romancing guys I'm not interested in feels like I am being a tease.  You love me but I'm just in it for the sex.

Nodnod.  Sometimes you just have something that is so solidly canon in your head that you have a hard time immersing yourself if you play it otherwise.

Solidly HeadCanon: Garrus and Shepard are inevitably drawn together. Two warriors with an epic friendship that becomes more.  Just, period. That's it. *shrug*

Still, I do kinda wish I had more RolePlaying skillz to be able to have Shepard pursue who she would go after, not just who I would go after.  For Shepard1, they're the same person.  For Shepard2, it differs.  Woe.

I could probably after doing my canon trilogy playthrough make another Shepard that is female so I can detach myself from it. It's funny, in Dragon Age you may have more dialogue options, but it's the voice that gets me in Mass Effect.

In Dragon Age it's easy to roleplay as anything, it's even easier to be a jerk in DA. In Mass Effect it's much harder. You have to hear Shepard say the words. Plus I am much more attached to the Mass Effect characters. It's hard to be mean to Alistair though, he's a nice guy.

I don't tend to pay much attention to the groups' activities. I just sign up to whatever I get behind and check how many people are in the groups from time to time.

Oh my god, for some reason I felt a compulsion to do every option in Alistair's conversations and that meant being horribly cruel to him on a regular basis. I'd feel so bad. Sure I'd reload but I still remembered his expression the moment I broke his heart over and over again.  Maybe I didn't deserve to have him propose to me properly.

Like... it's weird. My MainShep kept her self LI free for Garrus in game the second. But honestly... she'd probably have tapped Alenko because she's a hot blooded woman and well, it's just sex. But it's like the implications are so much more... I dunno, I'm contemplating making the "unfaithful" run through as my main, just to see if you actually get to tell Alenko he's full of it in ME3...
