I like the idea of a Sniper Sentinel. Maybe it's because of Garrus. So I can take cover next to him while we both kick ass.

Eh, I'm pretty much a typical Garrus fangirl, only male. Little strange, but that's who I am.

LOL, I lost track of my 2 female Shepards and thought I was using the one that hooked up with Kaidan...then we walked into Liara's office and we started sucking face...ha, guess that was the OTHER Shepard then XD

15 year old kid with a turian that's around about or under 30 years old? That wouldn't be cute, that'd be downright freaky. I want Kelly to call my FemShep and Garrus cute. If I have to be in the picture, I want to be in the biggest platonic relationship with Garrus ever.

...That just reminded me of the dream of me, Shepard and Garrus. No, not that way, just some weird story involving having to vaccinate everybody with some illness, and the vaccination was still quite potent, Shepard told me to vaccinate Garrus, I talked to him and explained it, and he said he was ready, and I sat by his side and looked after him whilst he was bed ridden. Pretty sweet. Does show how good Garrus is, because this is the first character I've really actually dreamed about.

Actually, speaking of Kelly, I haven't got my email from Lorik Qui'in yet... He was the administrator and I gave him the evidence... does anybody want me to post it up if it ever does arrive?

Yeah, ME1 was epic. I loved the final battle's setting and atmosphere, even more than the suicide mission, actually. I want the Paramour achievement, but I don't want any of the bother of having a relationship with more than Garrus, ugh. Bloody achievements and their charm.

Yeah, the "he's tough" option does terminate it but hmm...that's strange :(a  What I usually do is talk to Kelly when you first get the new Normandy, explore all the conversation paths/chat with her right then (making sure to befriend her and compliment her about the aliens thing when talking about Cerberus), then after recruiting Garrus, I'd answer "I worry about him", then the top right, and she'd usually go "you two would make a cute couple".  I think I even got it on a playthrough where I was flirting with her and Jacob at the same time too, so I'm not quite sure what you might be doing wrong D:

I guess it's the complimenting about her xenophilia, then.

I used to play a lot with my male characters before in ME1. In ME2 I can't play a lot as a male, I just keep going back to my female characters. I did romance Liara with one of my males though but in ME2 the Male options aren't all that interesting. 

As for Kelly she's annoying. I wish Pressly never had died, she's already trying to hit on you the first time you meet her whether you're using a male or a female. I almost triggered her romance with my female Shepard but I stopped talking to her because I was afraid I'd end up with her romance scene. I'm a guy and all but she's really the type of person I like to avoid.

I thought it was a fun poke at the fans who wanted the romance from ME1. But I guess the crew recognise that Gar and Shep are kindred spirits.

Garrus does say that the crew are polite to him, and you've got Kelly, so, even for a human supremacy group, they don't seem too bad to Garrus. Though, it may be because "he's helping us humans, so keep him happy" kind of thing.



My most recent wallpaper was a screenshot, but I remember there was a post a while ago that somebody made wallpapers of all the characters in ME2. I'll try and find it.



I generally always play as female characters, if it's human or human enough (elf, etc.). I think my siblings have picked up on this.



I really have no preference over Pressly or Kelly, they both have their good points, even if Kelly has a few bad ones.

I never really cared about Pressly in ME1. Whining about aliens and stuff, I was like, GTFO. Until I found his datapad on the Normandy crash site. Awww... Then I finally started to appreciate him more, even though it's too late.

I feel a bit indifferent about Kelly. We had dinner and it was nice, but hey, I got Garruuus now.

Edit: If I have a choice, I always choose to play as a female. Because... I'm female.

I didn't get very much speech out of Pressly, actually... he whined about aliens, but there was his datapad... it's a hard call on him.

Just been doing Grunt's recruitment mission (yes, I know technically it wasn't him being recruited), and twice I've encountered krogan whose head levels are too low, and ended up staring at Shepard's breasts. It was a little distracting.

And, their tails. They're kinda cute, but I dunno the point of them.

It could be that, or they could legitmately like garrus as a person. Which also makes me wonder, does garrus have some talks with kasumi about you or with other crew members? Was trying to figure out how she was quickly able to figure that relationship out.

I'm just doing that, and I get the same thing. And Shep is in her sexy black dress, so the effect is compounded somewhat.

Actually, recruiting Grunt with the dress on in the cargo hold is hilarious. A, Where did she get that gun? and B, boobs are in most of the shots and Grunt is looking right at them.

But anyway, yes. Garrus.

It's really sad, but Brandon Keener was in Justified last week playing an absolubt douche, and yet I still found him kinda hot. I pretty much rewatched the opening twice, then let the rest of the episode tail off. Angry Garrus Voice FTW!

Part of the appeal to me of the Garrus and Tali romances are that they transcend the physical. Neither of them are human, and there are complications in romances, but Shepard respects Garrus/Tali as people even though they are not the same race. I assume that rumors float around on the Normandy and Kasumi picks up on that.

I'm not denying that their liking for Garrus could be sincere. And, I doubt that the crew members stay frozen stiff to their positions, there's a possibility that they walk around and talk. Or Kasumi is cloaking and following Shepard everywhere, and then exploring the Normandy when there's no Shepard to follow.

Maybe Kasumi isn't just referring to the crew members? No idea who else would...

I actually got an email from Shep's mum about being alive. Pretty funny, actually. I think we've got a lot of parent skits in this thread, actually, apart from Garrus's dad.

Mother: Shepard, sweetie, you really should start going out with someone, it won't do to just save the galaxy, you need a loving, supporting husband.

Shepard: Mother... I am... in a relationship.

Mother: Aww, really? Why didn't you tell me? That's great news! Who is it? I bet it's that lovely Lieutenant Kaidan Alenko guy you worked with. I really liked him, he was a nice person. It's him, isn't it?

Shepard: No, mother, he's dead. It's... Garrus Vakarian

Mother: Garrus? He sounds like a nice human, I hope he treats you well.

Shepard: Garrus is a turian.
