"You know how I won over your mother?  Alcohol.  Doesn't even matter which kind, just make sure the bottle is pretty."

"And the best you can afford on your salary."

Also, I had a Garrus moment this weekend. I was trying clothes at the mall and there was this top with a cowlneck I really liked. And for a moment I realized it looked like that massive collar the turians have.

I bought it in two colors.

::fistbump::

And, I want to see a picture of this top.  Can you buy it online?
I bought a shirt with tight above-the-elbow cuffs and stretchy side panels last week because it reminded me of the Alliance casualwear my Shep wears around the Normandy.  Actually, the shirt is one of my favorites.

It was at a Banana Republic outlet mall.  I don't see it on the website though.  And I bought the last black one.

This really isn't very similar, but at least it's a cowlneck.  The BR one had more fabric to it, and so it draps enough to have a turian look to it.

Actually, speaking of Kelly, I haven't got my email from Lorik Qui'in yet... He was the administrator and I gave him the evidence... does anybody want me to post it up if it ever does arrive?

YES!  Please do.

I'm betting Kasumi is a big time eavesdropper.  I know I would be if I could turn invisible.  The allegory of the invisible man would be illustrated pretty quickly with me, I'm sure.  "Hey Shepard, I noticed a mole on your ass the other day.  You might want to get that checked out."

Glad to hear it. Took me a while to figure out how to do the custom profile picture thing but I always thought this screenshot I took of him looked really cool.

I wish I could have one but I don't have Dragon Age for a PC and I have a lousy PC too.

So that's how you make those avatars? I'd get Dragon Age for 360 when I get it.

Apparently if you don't own the PC version of dragon age you can do it with the free character creator program, but from what I understand it's much more complicated (and I don't know how it works so I wouldn't be able to explain it).

I wish.

Also, inspired by Garrus, I think I will have enjoy my nightly glass of wine while playing ME2.  Normally I go out on the porch, but this is a better idea. Image IPB

...maybe that's why the neighbors aren't fond of me.

Back to Garrus...my 'Wine for Dummies' suggest a full body red wine for red meats, aged cheeses and braised dishes. Like merlot. Yeah. Garrus is a merlot.

My husband sells wine. I could ask him what he recommends.

Yeah, 'cause there's no way to have THAT conversation non-awkwardly.

"Hey, sweetie? There's this fictional video game character I've had a huge crush on for about 3 years or something, and I'd like to know which of your wines best suits a badass alien vigilante with facial scars and...oh, never mind. I'll be here if you need me."
