Aw come on, we don't need to do that to justify Garrus. Liara's romance is sweet, too. It's all about the love in here, maaaaaaan.

Thing is, I've hated, quite literally hated, the Liara character since the first time I played ME1. Didn't like her as a non-LI groupmate and I really didn't like her as an LI. No other character in the ME universe so far has caused such a negative reaction for me.

Lemme say again (I've mentioned elsewhere before) that I don't hate Kaidan. I just wish there had been some variety in the male form in ME1.

Haha, really. Every time I see her, I want to ram her head into a wall. At first I thought it might be an anti-Asari thing, since I wasn't too fond of the Consort either, but I liked Shiala and would go lesbian for Aria, so.. it's just her.

I tried to give her a chance in ME2. But as soon as she opened her mouth, I was like.. nope, I still can't take it.

Also, I love Garrus.

Awwwwww.  :C  But she loved you!  Oh well each to their own.  I just don't begrudge her fans their preference.  Though I do wish they weren't so angry at Bioware and ME2 and all the characters associated with it.  SHE IS COMING BACK, PEOPLE!

I was pretty indifferent to her at best, but I think I'm all right now that she's taken a darker turn.  Far more interesting , I am intrigued.

I am SO with you on the ME2 vs ME1 nonsense.  They're coming back.  What's more, they've been implied as being integral to the story, since the whole reason they weren't in ME2 in the first place was to make sure that they'd be in ME3.   I do not get the hate.

Liara was adorable in ME1 imo. Not nearly as cool as Wrex and Garrus of course, but as a LI I liked her. Kaidan was just... meh (BEWARE, this is an opinion!). I also loved the changes in Liara in ME2, being all cold and revengeful.

The only squadmate I really hate is Morinth. But that's not a strange thing, right?

Garruuuuuuuuuuuuus. We need to talk about Garrus more. The last pages were all about the war thread.

So: Garrus. Garrus Garrus Garrus.

Morinth is hilarious. I would hate her as a person but I love her as a character. Too bad I'm too danged paragon to hold onto her for long before I reload Samara back to life.

Wait...there's a war going on vs. the Liaraites? Huh...the things I miss. No...Garrus might have lost in a thread game, but in just about every poll I've seen he clobbers others, short of Tali. And that's only counting those who are active on the Bioware site. Fear not...he might have died in a random thread, but he lives on here and in the games of many an ME2 fan. X3

I can't remember which episode you're talking about.   It is not on volume 1 of the dvd set, that's for sure. (This is the part where I would say "Yes I have it on DVD, don't judge me", but I don't think that's necessary here, right?  You all know it's awesome.  Still just in case: don't judge me.)  I'll put it on a sticky note and try to youtube it tomorrow.

I think the consensus has been achieved that we will find vengeance in chillin over here while they go do their thing.

Mordin would not respect such fruitless time wasting anyway.  He would much prefer this entertaining time wasting.  Though he would still not respect us for it.  OH MORDIN WHY AM I NOT GOOD ENOUGH FOR YOU
