Urz. Shepard snuck him on the Normandy. She's hiding him behind the
fish tank..
That'd mean he secretly watches when you do it with Garrus, Thane or Jacob.
Think about that for a while.

I wonder who in the crew actually has scale itch?

Totally unrelated, Shepard sings this while whipping her new crew into shape. www.youtube.com/watch
(I dare you not to sing along)

GARRUS: I'm not going to pretend I've got a fetish for varren, but this isn't about that. This is about us.

Zaeed got it from the time he was raped by a wild varren. That takes him back.
Gives a whole new meaning to waxing goddamn nostalgic. Oh he's waxin' somethin' alright....wait....
That mental image just went somewhere horrible.

I just caught up.
The Hate: Meh. I think that some people can't take a joke and were trying to get under the skin so as to make themselves feel better. Human nature. I just ignored the qq'rs.
The War: Was really confusing and time consuming. I'll stick to my thread/group discussions and the occasional poll. It may get swamped by the Tali-ban, but honestly, I've only come across like... one person in a group who has a vitriolic hatred of Garrus. (And have yet to figure out his/her reason for it. O.o)
The Thread: I miss some of the original posters, even though I wasn't here until ME2 debuted, because I think they can bring some interesting points I haven't even considered to the table. But I realize people have lives, and they move on (I miss you Ms. Cherissa!) to other projects or hobbies. I hold no resentment towards Meta for picking up the new thread, I'm just sad to think that some people do feel it and it's effected her Garrus channeling awesome. Still new to this whole single character/game fandom stuff, so maybe this is something that just happens. Still, kind of sad.
The Man:

has really pretty eyes.
Yea, I know, it's a repost, but they're really pretty. /stares all dreamy like...

And, I must admit both Chellick and Garrus have the best eyes ever in the game. Their eyes are just so beautiful ^^

Maybe because I watch the show too much and while I play ME2 in the evenings, but I've always thought of this as a song I associate with Garrus. Could just be me but... it makes me purr inside when I connect the two.
Okay, you win. This is one of my favorite songs and I can't believe I haven't stuck it to Garrus yet.

And to be honest, I watch Deadliest Catch while playing ME2 way too much for my own good. So... they kind of got tied up in each other. So... yeeeah.
But YEAH! I won!

I love that show. /sigh
Though the Pearl Jam song was playing during the time I was making my Pearl Jam/Thane vid, so I seem to associate the drell with DC atm.

(Wow, I sound like I did in high school.... scary)
I'd pay BW a lot for an official Garrus plushie. Seriously. (My sister bought me the wind-rider pup from Blizzard and just omg, it's adorable and soft and just so hugable.)

Well... we always call him a space cowboy. He was wanted dead or alive in ME2. Alive by us, dead by the mercs. He was sitting alone and thinking too much until Shepard came down and hauled his cute Turian tush out of it. He was alone against impossible odds... etc etc etc. And I think we can call Normandy a 'steel horse' without getting smacked for it too badly.

This, exactly. And it's on my iPOD. I

I associate Mass Effect 2 with this song because I spend too much time on the internet.
The internet is a scary place sometimes.
But someone had a thread going on there, and I had no idea wtf the game was... so I watched the WHOLE FREAKIN' ORIGINAL SONG VIDEO on youtube... wondering when the "unicorn" was going to pop out...
/facepalm

Good call on Dead or Alive. Could totally picture them all singing along on the shuttle (Sam and Dean style!)
I had a Garrus conversation at work today when me and a colleauge were trying to explain Mass Effect to another colleague. Somehow, liquid sugar came up. The non-ME colleague ten recapped what she had learned and that was...pretty much it. She knows some other players, but I was like 'DO NOT begin the conversation with that when you speak to them about it'. She was like 'why not?' Then I had to explain fangirlisms and the internets to her. I think she is afraid of me now. lol
I promise not to drink this evening....
