watched whenever it's mentioned, to be honest. Just finished spoiling
the film which janeym27 wishes not to be named for myself. It seemed
interesting.

Yeah, I think the color=#FFFFFF standard is the
best to use if you don't know the colour's common name, but these
forums seem to use the color=rgb(xx, yy, zz) standard, which I think is
harder and more confusing. It recognises the hex code (#FFFFFF),
though. Though, what was wrong with using the colour palette?

Eh, I'm apologising because it's not mine and it seems to be causing people "have I seen this before?" confusion.

Hmm,
I understood what you meant, Evander. Eh, I prefer not to speculate too
heavily (unless I'm making skits), but yeah, we'll see when ME3 comes
out.

Oh, reading synopses is a bad thing? I apologise...

I think that was the Garrus lithograph when I searched for it... but yeah, it's a pretty cool piece of work. Apparently it's the only piece of Garrus marchandise out there.

Maybe BioWare secretly doesn't like making money.

Lol! Well, if they don't give us more character DLC, you may have a point. ;)

Actually, I think the next wave of action figures will have a Garrus one (did we discuss this here? I can't remember...)

Yeah, I think we mentioned it would be the second wave of action figures. Unfortunately I wouldn't be able to buy these things, anyway ¬.¬

Yeah, I wondered what it looked like, and I searched for it, and that came up. It's pretty cool.

Hey, I'll bet we can make the Garrus figure sell out. Pre-ordering FTW.

Posting mostly for the sig solidarity. And to check up on you poor Europeans dealing with all that volcanic ash. :(

Just got back from the park with the kids....brought sidewalk chalk...wrote "Garrus" in blue chalk on the park sidewalk just because I could....may have a problem.

I think the ash is being overhyped in the UK. My bro got some on his car, and a few folk were wandering about with covered faces here today, but I think they were being drama queens. We are emant to be getting it, but I've not noticed yet... Mostly it's the flights that are being affected. My housemate may not get back from her holiday tomorrow. Anybody here on the continent?

lol - suddenly the idea of writing 'Garrus' on the pavement in chalk at random locations seems like a wonderful idea to me. I may do that someday, just to blow people's minds!

I feel the same way.  Though having the work ethic to take one's art to a similar level would probably work pretty decently too, I could use one of those pretty hardcore. =_=

I agree that it was a big risk (don't anybody dare), and I'm glad it's worked out so well (imho).  I'm very wary of fanservice in principle.  If they hadn't had him as an LI, I'm sure the fan community would have been fine going right on ahead and continuing to swoon over him regardless.  It is pretty amazing to me though that they actually went through with it.  This is definitely among the strangest infatuations I've had, and God bless them for indulging me.

Completely agree with bolded part.  It's actually one of the best-done romance thingies I've ever seen in a game--human, turian, or otherwise.  And it's all the more impressive when you consider how terribly south it could have gone.

As to the difficult mechanics of the relationship, I think it's part of
the charm.  There's been plenty of scifi about people working out such
extreme differences.

Anybody remember the TV series "Alien Nation"?  Man, that was the greatest show...UNTIL THEY ENDED THE SERIES ON A @#$%#^ CLIFFHANGER!!  OK, sorry.  Anyway, there was a romance on there between a human man and an alien woman (I'm too lazy to look up details like race and stuff, sorries) and when they decided their relationship was going to become intimate, they actually had to take a special class because sex with her could hurt him in some way.  Man, I am going to have to look up the synopsis...I actually remember it being funny and sexy at the same time

We are at the frontier of creepy. Finding new dimensions of wrong.

Plus it's my fault for starting it.  Though I still think it's funny if you've seen Fight Club. :)

Also, I approve of aforementioned Garrus graffiti. IF KIDS CAN DO IT...

It's not temporarily defacing property anyway, it's temporarily improving it.
