I wanna become a Garrus meme, now. You should put that on deviantart or something. Not many would get it unless you quoted major posts, but eh.
And, you're good at making plushies, siltsonata, you could try it yourself ^.^
Yes... I dunno how to say it without sounding arrogant, but it really is cute.
Edit: I made a picture, but I decided it was too freaky/stupid so I took it away. Hence Sand King's reaction below
I can seeeee the futuuuuurrrreeeee.

Hyrule_Gal: Ah, was it you, my avatar doppleganger?
It was me
(Shepard and team fight a horde of mechs, the last mech shoots before it explodes and a single bullet grazes Garrus's armour leaving a barely noticable scratch mark)
Shepard: Garrus! Are you ok?
Garrus: Not sure, I'll have to take the top half of my armour off to check for damage.
Shepard: But it’s about to rain! The water is sure to splash dramatically off your body!
Garrus: Shepard, there’s no time! Now, I need you to look closely for injuries, here, use this camera.
Shepard: Why do I need to-
Garrus: So you can zoom in REALLY close while you scan my body for damage. Honestly. Now, the only problem with this camera is that it’s permanently stuck on the slow motion setting but there’s no time to find another one. Right, better get this off and reveal my rare and very muscular Turian physique.
Shepard: Right!
Jacob: Commander, I think I've been hit!
Shepard: That's great Jacob *filming Garrus*
Jacob: Really, commander look! *lifts up shirt*
Shepard: GEEZ Jacob! Can't you keep your kit on for ONE second! We get it ok, you "work out" .God, you'll find any excuse to get your clothes off won't you?
Jacob: ...but I'm bleeding!
Shepard: I think sombody's being a TAD dramatic
Jacob: Dramatic?! I fought off two giant mechs by myself while you two were trading pokemon behind that crate over there!
Shepard: Hey I NEEDED a vulpix, ok? Heartgold doesn't have any and that's my favorite fire type.
Jacob: Oh god...I think I punctured a lung.
Shepard: Jacob, I love these chats really
Jacob: HE'S FINE!
Shepard:.. Yeah he is
Garrus: Yeah, I am
Wrex walking by with a paper: *takes of reading glasses* He is a bit of alright
Jacob: God damn it, I'll get the medi-gels myself *drags his body off-screen*
Wrex: Hey Shepard
Shepard: Wrex
Wrex: Why IS the turian half naked?
Shepard: He’s checking for wounds
Wrex: Right, so why are you filming him?
Shepard: Using the zoom feature...for wounds
Wrex: ...Why is he under a waterfall?
Shepard: ...needed more water
Wrex: Ah...carry on then

With all this talk of Pokemon, I've decided that the next new game I start will have a trainer named Shepard and pokemon named after all of the Mass Effect characters.
Awesome. xD If he really was a romance option... that would be pretty awkward.enormousmoonboots wrote...
Metagame answer: Saren is the villain, so he has to look different. Or, Saren is the villain, so he gets to look different. Why waste money making Generic NPC #5 look unique? There's probably more variance in turian appearances than what we actually see, just not worth detailing all of it. Same reason human women have only two body types (normal, and Miranda) in the future.
Non-copout answer: I figured maybe it was the turian equivalent of having six fingers, or being able to move your ears. Harmless mutation. Note that other turians have fringe in the same location as Saren's 'horns', his are just bigger and stick out more. You should also keep in mind that Saren is heavily modified (he does have a notably different body structure, shorter, stockier, with a smaller 'collar'), so you can't really use him as being indicative of the turian race at large. The 'horns' do have a kind of metallic/cybernetic texture on them. Maybe he gets Wi-Fi.
Saren: Just a minute, Shepard. I've got to turn off the Wi-Fi.
Kelly: *from the hallway* Nooooooo!
Also awkward - Shepard asking Mordin for turian, biotic, and tech vids. Do you think he'd realize it was Saren right away, or would poor Shepard have to explain herself? xD

Which Flammie do you love, siltsonata?
If you love it so much you should make a plushie. You've got pretty good sewing skills from what I've seen. Though I think I'd be freaked out if you tell us about cuddling it at night or something. Or maybe I'll feel endeared. I dunno.
Call Kadabra/Alakazam Mordin. Call Gardevoir Samara/Morinth.
...I'm going to go back and reread, relive and remember the events that all happened when I innocently changed my avatar ^o^

Flying types. Maybe Kabutops. Horsea or it's evolutionary kin, simply because they snipe with ink. B)Sceptile, other bipedals in the Monster egg group.
OOh also, Blaziken.
(I put way too much thought into all that.)

I don't think Horsea itself, but a Seadra could pull off a good turian look. Kingdra's head is too curvy for it, though.
Sceptile, yeah, definitely.
...Hey, what do you know, I overthink Pokemon too.
Edit: SCYTHER! SCYTHEEEERRRRRRR!!!
And Scizor, too.

I'd give it to my dog. Because it's fun to pick on you like that.
And why can't chickens happen? Make it happen! Eggs for breakfast every morning, those adorable noises they make? It's gonna be so awesome!

(Kidding, I love dogs. But I couldn't bear seeing Chicken Fla-um, me, being thrown to the dogs ;_;
Eh, dressing up dogs can be cute, though I can see why people think it's terrible.
And, it can't happen because I live in a fairly part of the city with limited garden area, and when I move out and start a new life I'll likely be in an enclosed apartment. Which I doubt will accomodate chickens.
...I still haven't started re-reading and reliving the Chicken Schoolgirl Flammie Chronicles.

You would snipe this face?

(See, it's not so bad, he's only wearing a cape and his fur does the rest. Liddle baby fur. I miss this age; he barely shed at all and now his hair is EVERYWHEEERE.)
(Can't you just see him wearing a little scanner at least? Ohoho. I feel so evil yet so intrigued...)

I tried to keep his face reminiscent of his turian proportions (so, small, flat nose, square eyes and eyebrows, square, narrow chin), but he still looks kinda generic. He also looks about 16, but that might be the hoodie. Everyone looks younger in hoodies.I absolutely love this.
Me, too! The hair especially wins an Internet!

Wait, what kind of dog is that? He looks like my border collie mix!
And no sniping puppies. I wouldn't even forgive that of Garrus.

Eh, we've established that Garrus sniping someone is his expression of love. He'd only use a concussive round. Just to get the dog off Chicken Fla-um, me.
Edit: Damn, the story that actually drove me to do this deed is fascinating.

He's pound rescue so I'm not entirely sure, but this is his young puppy face. It got longer and more retriever like as he got older, and he got feathering behind his ears and legs and butt. (I call him fluffybutt because his real name is too manly for him) He's probably a cross between a golden retriever and a black lab. He definitely has a retriever personality more than a BC.
Not the ideal dog candidate to have a Garrus Costume, but I would squeee.

Regardless. Garrus would not snipe a batman puppy. I'm fairly certain.

He just looks identical to mine. We think she's a border collie/whippet mix (She has very thin skin but a lot of protective fur). Mine is just shy of #50, she's gained some weight in her middle age.
I chose "no" in that poll. I was tempted to choose WTF, but I went with no. No sentient being can resist puppy eyes.

I decided to go for No, because that was sensible. I also found out 2 people voted Yes. Jokes and all, I honestly wouldn't believe that.
