Speaking of obscure games, has anyone ever played this one?

It's one of the best old-school adventure games out there. It was made in 1998, but I still play it every once in a while.

Anyway, back to Garrus.

Obscure??  OBSCURE?!???!?
*sputters in geek rage*
OK I'm better. :P

But yeah, that game is truly a masterpiece.  LucasArts adventure games all have Teh Something.  My son loves to play that one, too.  I think I've played it 3x (?).  I'll have to bust it out again one of these days.
It's featured prominently on my PC games bookshelf on the same shelf as Sanitarium, Gabriel Knight 2, and Blackstone Chronicles...that's how highly I regard it. B)

Um...oh yeah, Garrus :wizard:

A horrible curse will befall the survivors for the death of Garrus.

Incredible, siltsonata. I'm not sure which one is best. I guess I like bros the best, but it's probably likely to incite the most rage.

Thanks a lot, Eradyn. I'll try them both out and see which one fits best. Still, thanks for doing everything...

And, sorry about the Ouendan/EBA raving, everyone ^_^;;

Have to agree with Xsause on the pics. But, sorry, I've never played that game before, though. (Oh, I've played Mass Effect 2 and know of Garrus, I'm referring to Grim Fandango)

It's not perfect.  It's completely Garrus-free. :(

Actually I think Bros is the safest route.  The other ones sound more bitter than I'd intended.

(I can't help it I guess...Zombie Garrus looks PISSED.)

GODDAMN. I just realised it's Wednesday and I missed the third episode of The Pacific... Oh well, Brandon Keener wasn't in it anyway.

I love the dextro-food pic btw.

Manny (the main character) kind of reminds me of Garrus though...he's just as snarky.

Heh, you're probably right...but the "You idiot" one filled me with righteous glee :wizard:
I guess we should project a good impression.  We don't have to sink to the level of a few vengeful fans.

Remember what he said after they tricked out the Bonewagon?
"What a relief...I was beginning to worry that our transportation wasn't ostentatious enough."

Yeah, a lot of games aren't perfect, with lack of Garrus. Still, I manage to venture out, because of you guys. I do seem to see Garrus a lot in some places. Especially in Over the Distance, for some reason, even though I'm pretty sure he's not THAT loving for Shepard that he'd break death just to see and tell Shepard he loves him as a ghost.

Eh, I'm poor at making judgements, anyway. Why did you all elect me as mascot again?

Yes.  Tim Schafer is God.  Brutal Legend and Psychonauts were awesome as well.

"Manny, until now we scraped along the ground like rats, but from now on, we soar! Like eagles! Yeah! LIKE EAGLES...ON...POGO STICKS!"

I lol'd.

Hold off on the zombie pics though. I am appealing to Skilled Seeker to give Garrus the Queen-themed death he deserves.

If all else fails, you should post the mutant Garrus-baby. It stares into your soul.

Appealing? Does it include flashing your supportive waist? :P

I like the Dextro one best by far. It is funny and "bros before hos" is sexist. I support bros and hos equally.

Poor Garrus...doomed for Miranda, of all people...you will be missed, my lovable snarker. :crying:

Misogyny is wrong. I mean, Hos before Hoes. Though Hoes are pretty useful. I haven't seen a Ho be used for farming. Woops, misogyny.

Imagine what both of Garrus' eyes could do to you. No wonder he needs a visor to cover one up.
