On an utterly unrelated note, I just now discovered that douchebag Jacob actually calls Garrus a cuttlebone in the game. I thought that was some term coined by fans. I usually keep approximately 30 feet between me and Jacob at all times so I'm not horribly aware of the nuance in what he has to say. Does anyone have a link to a video or something where he says this? I can't bring myself to actually flirt with Jacob in game to set it up...I'd rather...what is it femshep says to Harkin in ME1? "Drink acid after chewing on a razor blade" Yep, that.

I seriously not seen so many people on the forums who actually hate garrus. I mean Tali i could understand with their huge fanbase but garrus? Why do people hate him so much?

I'm telling you, save for a few vocal exceptions, it's just people trying to save their LIs. He's one of the most popular characters, even if most people don't love love him.

I've only seen one out and out hate post against Garrus. It doesn't make any logical sense to me, either...but human nature is unfortunately mean-spirited, belittling, and of a need to discredit others. We have to fight against it every day.



To spread the happy and dismiss the angry, I repost the ME cake:

Yeah, the drawing was cool! I was distracted by the complete derailment of my thread, lol.

Garrus is not in the lead anymore... by one vote. If he manages to survive, I'm sure everybody will be voting for him tomorrow . But maybe they'll suddenly focus on someone else. That game is completely unpredictable.

NO. I thought, I'll start the thread, see some reactions and go to bed. It's 4:30 now. I wanted to go to bed early. I'M FAILING. It's moving fast. But, it's since it's my first thread I ever started here, it's a nice deflowering. If you can call it that.

The best thing about that cake is that it has Garrus, Grunt and a tiny Shepard. Just looks like my Shep and her team, except the armor isn't pink XD.

And goodnight Ray, fingers crossed Miranda's still in the lead tomorrow.

It's certainly a weird enough video to earn that many posts. It melted my brain, and my ability to tolerate crazy WTF bull**** is legendarily high.

I think I figured out part of what makes me dig Garrus so much. Everyone likes his voice, right? He's got that funny little burr or buzz or whatever that just gives it such a distinctive quality. I just realized that he sounds an awful lot like a higher-pitched version of this fine gentleman, who I've been in love with since I was about twelve :T



i-if Steve Blum puts on his Spike voice in ME3 for a romanceable character...I don't know what I'd do.
