Actually i was thinking that the fan base in the garrus thread make one big garrus fan-fic. Kind of like that forum story-telling type of thing, i might bring it up tomorrow and see if it kicks. But yeah like you said we could make up hypothetical situations and make stories out of it, i think it would be pretty sweet.

To your question. This chapter of a certain garrus femshep fanfic seems to have summed up that first confrontation pretty well. Mr. Vakarian works for C-SEC, so when he heres that the big ol bad shepard the spectre is dating his son he would probably want to go to you and possibly interrogate you.   link

Not all my Sheps are/will be dating Garrus (Saint Shepard will be celibate entirely). Some of them won't even be women!

Edited for relevance:  So yeah, it's not necessarily about my Shep going on a date to meet Garrus's dad.  Just about 'what would happen...?'

As for fics, like I said, I'm considering writing about my mostly-paragon Shepard, Julia, dealing with her past (Butcher of Torfan) with help from Garrus.  He's been there, too, now.  Sort of.

Even if it isn't a femshep. As soon as garrus's father heres that not only is garrus kicking it with shepard again, but are really close friends, he would most likely approach you in C-SEC and want to talk or "interrogate" you face to face. He disaproves of spectres and humans so he would look at you at a negative way.

I imagine it wouldn't be pretty. Regardless of romance I bet there would possibly be an argument ending with Shep standing up for Garrus and their comraderie. Maybe something would happen where Shepard and Garrus prove to Dad just how well they work together and show that Garrus belongs with Shepard. I hope we get to meet him next game! I wonder if Garrus has any siblings...

Anyways, I feel this thread needs more Garrus and I think someone said they wanted to see Garrus with a kitten, so...






It's only an outline and really isn't that great, but I felt this forum needed some more cuteness and Garrus + Kitten = Uber Cuteness... I first drew a doodle on my AP Stats homework and it made me happy, so I decided to do another drawing and spread the joy. But once I figure out how to scan it instead of taking pictures with my phone I'll mess with it on the compy. 

But in fear of being banned for being off topic... <3 Garrus <3

Garrus' father could be an NPC that all Shepards meet regardless of whether or not they romanced Garrus. If Garrus died during the suicide mission of ME2, his father hates you. If Garrus lived through it, he only dislikes you.  You would get a lot of extra dialogue if Garrus is in the party with you at the time, and even more if you romanced him.
