But on definitely Garrus-related note, I know I raised this before, but I'm concerned that they set the bar so high for Garrus's character in ME2. I mean, can anyone suggest how they could have made his character *any* cooler? I'm obviously incredibly biased about how great he is, but if anyone can objectively tell me how he could have been better in ME2, I'm listening.
If not, think about it...the only way they could take him in 3 is down. I don't want down.
I want Garrus to deal with not living within the ideals of his race. Ok ,we know the Reaper fight is for the greater good, but the rest of the galaxy don't. So he seems like he'd be on the fringes of Turian society atm. His descicion to follow Shepard must have life consequences for him, and I'd like to see those. People living on the edge are cool.
Also, he should shout action movie catchphrases 9or paraphrases thereof) at every given oppertunity.
"Yippee Kai-Yay Melon Farmer."
"Say hello to my little friend."
"I'm getting too old for this stuff."
"I'll be back."
"I'm gonna need a bigger gun."
"Vakarian. Garrus Vakarian."
etc.

Simple math. They did not put very much Garrus in ME2. Put more Garrus in ME3, there will be more awesome in ME3.

Is it wrong to have a bit of a crush on a bunch of pixels? You guys get that, right? lol:whistle:
You are preaching to the choir. I have a full-on crush spanning 2 years' duration, and I KNOW I'm not alone in here.
In fact, I was so glad this new board had this thread. The old board, I felt timid about confessing my Garrus love (even tho' my sig said "Call me Mrs. Vakarian", LOL). Here I feel the love, yay

They should put more of everything in me2. There seemed to be very little to even do besides the main quest.

My wishlist for ME3? Palaven is on the top of my list. I CAN HAZ PALAVEN NOW PLZ?! Garrus saying "I love you"... I don't need that. I'd like to see more affection, but those three words are absolutely not necessary. Meeting his dad would be very interesting. Shirtless Garrus... not required, but I won't say no to that
I agree with Collider about not worrying. ME2 would have been a very weird game if we spend that much time on our squadmates and then get new ones for ME3.
I liked Garrus the first time I saw him in ME1. He looked cool... and his voice
@kglaser: YES, I know which pic you're talking about... just thinking back makes me lol. Let's try to find that again...

It was the old boards who got the Garrus and Tali romances into reality. Props to them.

Aren't limericks by definition restricted to 5 lines.
I agree. The words "I love you." do not need to be said. I think sometimes silence and body language can say so much more than words. Not that I'm devaluing them, you understand. I just don't think it's very Garrus. He'd struggle to express it IMO. More like:
Garrus: Shepard, I - it's just that... I-
Shepard: *putting her hand to his mouth* I feel the same way.
*headbump 2 (the lingering)*
Papa Vakarian. WANT!
