I guess the fact you don't actually notice it's in two parts mean that the method works without too much problem. Glad I could help.


Just FYI, the forum cuts your sig off at three lines (I'm guessing that's 51 pixels), so I wouldn't recommend putting any text on the line after that picture.

And, yeah, it'll be better if you use Xsause's new one, kglaser. I could still do the "chop into two pieces" so that the sig doesn't resize and the whole picture is retained, if you want.

And I wish I had a better pic of this...I just watched the finale of this show "Shear Genius" (a haircutting/styling competition), and the winner won with 6 very...unique styles. They had cellophane laminating multicolored pieces of hair and all attached to the head...but this particular one was incredibly cool because it made the lady look kind of like a turian. I wish to hell I could find a better still shot, or some footage...this is the best I could do (between about 2:15 and 2:34...don't know if there are any later shots because I quit watching):





She basically got hair extensions and dyed them and wrapped them in cellophane and attached them in strips. I really wish you could see the top of the model's head; it looks almost exactly like fringe. And the side thingies reminded me of mandibles the way they hang down.

It looked better on TV. If any of you get the cable network Bravo, I recommend you find the rerun of Season 3 finale and watch the last 15 minutes. They rerun their stuff all the time.

Anyway, really was cool.

Aha! The word for "world" is mir, and the word for "peace" is the same (mir). (So "world peace" is "miru mir".) And I looked up that second word and it means "they arrived". So it definitely makes more sense when you say "We come in peace"--lit. there: "We" + "they arrived" + "with (or in)" + "peace". Thanks Flammie!

Nah, everything was all you, so thanks for clarifying, kglaser. It's a wholly WTF piece of art on its own, but it's definitely interesting. I have a feeling it's supposed to have some sort of spiritual/religious meaning behind it, what with the angel Garrus, robes, Shepard looking like a maiden of some sort and touching Thane's head, and the pixie/faerie varren in the sky.



And Kotori, that's what every drunkie who thinks other things are the reason that their head hurts says.
