Plenty of romance fancomics, not enough bromance fancomics. Maybe I will get on that.

@Flammie. I understand the dilemma. You could be half honest (like I do at work sometimes...:innocent:) and claim valid use of the net, erasing browser history afterwards, if it bothers you that much. Or half-truths. Also, IMO 'normal' is a relative term.![]()
Hmmm... have just realised I may be leading a minor astray for the selfish reasons of not wanting to lose our beloved mascot. :huh:Maybe don't listen to me. lol

Obviously Shepard and Garrus will go to Afterlife and get dead drunk and party. And do (mildly) stupid things. As we men are prone to do when we mix friends and alcohol.

I'm actually not sure how they're going to handle the conversation in ME3...I mean, talking to Garrus (or whatever love interest) puts the conversation in different contexts depending on whether or not you romanced them. Is it going to be regular conversations with some romance dialogue sprinkled on if you romanced them? Or are there seperate sets, like Flammie said, depending on romance or non-romance? Something to think about.

It's a tough question for me Cerry. On one hand
a) If it's just the regular conversations with romance sprinkled on, it may not feel unique enough. I know every romance interest would logically act different towards Shepard if he/she romanced them.
Then again Bioware is pretty good at making these things seem flowing and seamless. Most of the time.If it's different conversation sets, then we may be losing out on the regular conversation stuff...
My brain is going to explode. I'll just give Bioware the benefit of the doubt.

Hey, I support femShep and Garrus getting drunk at Afterlife too. The Garrus fangirls have a reputation for being alcoholics. And of course being drunk will result in silly exclamations.
The whole crew should go and party at Afterlife anyway.

It's a good suggestion, but you still run into the problem that it may not feel "unique enough". I'm in favour of this option though, because mostly romance-y dialogue and little romance-y dialogue would both feel out of place. I'm feeling hopeful that Bioware will manage to find a good compromise.Flammie wrote...
Or perhaps if you're talking about Garrus' story and stuff, both romance and non-romance get the same dialogue, but when it gets more personal, "bro/sis" or lover stuff, then it splits into two sets?
You're not the only one who's delurked for this thread. I lurked right from the old forums until...I think it may have been "Garrus Love III" (before we were called "Garrus Love and Adoration"). This is the only place I actually post on the internet at the moment. It just goes to show how friendly and welcoming this thread is.Hmm... it just occured to me that this thread gets quite a lot of lurkers. I remember lurking for a bit at the start before getting a hold of myself and posting. I guess I've relaxed a bit.
