No fun, Commander.

I think that meeting Shepard really influenced Garrus. Even if you didn't recruit him (Vader: NOOOOOOOOOOOOO!),

I thought he was required. In ME one and two.

I definitely consider him required, whenever available.  However, the game DOES allow you to never recruit him in ME1.  Personally, I consider the mere thought so horrible, I immediately push it out of my mind.  Actually, I think you can refuse to recruit Wrex too.  Why wouldn't you get everyone you could?  To think otherwise is so bizarre for me.

It only makes the game harder for them, considering both Garrus and Wrex are very useful.

Man, in that pic Jacob looks like a 4 year old who doesn't want to go to school. Jeez, grow a quad man.

The reasoning that Shepard has not to recruit Wrex is horrible "I don't want Krogans on my team" :( Anyway I also recruited both, Wrex is cool and Garrus is even cooler. Can't reject the bro

Right place at the right time, is all.

Besides, Cerberus is human supremecist.

Rascism is a likely possibility.

I would actually say "wrong place at the wrong time."

All a matter of perspective.

If he didn't say it, someone else would have.

Lol. Our brethern from the Tali thread come visit and we pick up speed. Yay!

@mukora. Garrus art is always welcome.^_^ I do enjoy watching Shep mess with the poor lad's head. Is that a reference to something? What was the 'bang'?

I have forgotton what we were talking about. I blame Garrus and his wine. (also, I think I may have beeen to blame for the tapioca thing. It's what I get for watching Whose Line while on this thread...)

How cute are Shep and Garrus doing the 'doublemint twins' thing on his LM with their guns?

I know, you'd be missing on 2 out of 3 of the best characters from ME1!

Heeeeeeeeeeeeeeey Garrus thread! I'm so pumped from today! Inspired to kick arse tonight and finish up my loyalty missions and do my Insanity Suicide Mission.

Sadly, I can't do a Happy Hour tonight as.... I have a job interview in the morning!! :D I'm so thrilled! I'll get my Garrus love scene and a job interview back to back. What could be better than that?!

*Clings to Garrus and squees like a 10 year old girl*

...The later you do them, the harder the paragon or renegade requirements are, and eventually they are impossible to do if you wait long enough if you're not paragon or renegade enough. By that I mean, you could potentially have "too much" renegade for charm and "too much" paragon for intimidate. Bioware did this stupidly. :(

Thanks Collider. I think that is the problem...argh. Had two left hand dialogue options during Miri/Jack fight and both were greyed out. I spent a good 2 minutes staring at the screen thinking 'what the...'?  Had no idea what I had done wrong that I couldn't select anything.  First run through I sided with Jack and Miri wouldn't talk to me again for rest of the game...but still survived with no loyality. Thought I would mix it up a little this time...in retrospect, not the best idea but I didn't know Jack would die in every way possible during SM if she wasn't loyal. I think her new biker outfit has a target painted on the back of it IMHO. So, will try and save Jack (again) tonight. I think she just hates me

Oh, and Garrus:wub:

And back to work <_<

I've been away playing ME2 today (AGAIN), trying desperately to actually romance Jacob this time around. It's so hard! Wanting to talk to Garrus instead is like a drug nagging and pulling at me. What is this ridiculous drive to want to see all the dialogue? I fear I may fall into the famous Start-a-new-game-to-romance-Jacob-romance-Garrus-anyway trap.

Why are you torturing yourself?  I took one for the team already!

Good Luck, Kotori!! XD For all you mentioned.

OK - torn! I have Jacob locked in, and Garrus ripe for the romancing (actually, Kasumi seems to be under the impression that Jacob and Shep have already broken up. Mordin is not. Biotic sex FTW!) and now I feel guilty at my Jacob dumping plan. He's all fired up, man!

But... Garrus. You are a good Turian, Garrus! <3

Thank you for the screenshot. Jacob looks really pissed. The look he gives, so much hatred and jealousy and deeply wounded pride, it's like he wants to strangle you.
