Looks like Cerberus really *is* branching out.

Wish I could get some of the fearful here to trust Bioware like i do. Mass Effect 2 blew me the hell away and I expect nothing but the best in Mass Effect 3. Just as long as we're vocal, they've given us no reason to believe that the fans are not listened too.


Plus it'd be really stupid to kill off Tali considering her fanbase, and Tali kind of goes hand-in-hand (not romantically with each other thankyouverymuch) with Garrus.

Wow. This is awesome <3 and all sorts of useful. Though...it did remind me that Garrus inexplicably had a low res texture for his face in the pc version. I used to play WoW so I do not accept "file size" as an acceptable excuse to not have a patch for it.

Re: ME3 without Garrus and Tali as squad mates
As brilliant as the writers a Bioware can be, there is absolutely no feasible reason for these two not to be squad mates in Mass Effect 3. In fact, if this does happen to be the case, then I will absolutely not purchase the third and final installment to Shepard's story - I'm sure I'm not alone in that. Both characters have proven to be insurmountably loyal to Commander Shepard and I believe that only death (INCONCEIVABLE!) could prevent these two from being by her/his side until their mission to stop the Reapers is accomplished. Of course, if you romanced either of them, hopefully they will stick around afterwards...

Garrus: Turian or not (discussed in the other thread)
Personally, I love Garrus because he is Garrus. To me, that means I wouldn't care whether he was Turian or not - even though I do think they are the most omg-hawtness-I-wanna-bang-you aliens in the ME-verse. I am positive that I would pursue him regardless of his race. Human, Turian, Krogan, Quarian, Drell, Volus, Hanar, Elcor, Salarian -- scratch that. If I'm going to romance a Salarian, they'd have to top Mordin's awesomeness and this is impossible. I think the only alien race that would deter me from romancing Garrus is the Asari. Not because they look female. No. If Garrus were an Asari, then his voice wouldn't be Brandon Keener (though, if it was, it would be far too ridiculous to take seriously). The voice is definitely what attracted me in the first place. Oh, just thinking about how he delivered those first angry lines on the Citadel, "Saren's hiding something, give me more time! Stall them!" gives me weak knees. I can still remember thinking "Well, helloooooo Officer!"

...wait...what was I supposed to be ranting about?

I may be blind (it's really late) but I think I didn't see Nihlus on the face paint list. As was already mentioned in the last thread before it got closed, he's got the same as the turian Council guy and the random turian from omega. I'm hoping the link above works If not the pic is in a post about halfway down page 153 in the old thread (Von Verrikan's... I'ma assume he's okay with the pic being passed on for worthy face paint research [and I don't have any of my own stored off comp]). I would have added it at the other site but it wants me to sign up and I'm about to pass out at the keyboard so that's just more than I can handle atm

I struggle to imagine that the majority of people DIDN'T try to save everyone on the suicide mission, let alone Tali and Garrus. Bioware will cater to all save files, sure, but I get the feeling those who saved a large amount/all of the squadmates of ME2 will likely get the most out of or have the best experience in ME3.

So you only put forth the effort to save Grunt and Jacob? Well, okay, here's your ME3 with some emergency squadmates, but have fun losing out on a lot of the voice acting :/ I just get the feeling that no one played ME2 just to save one or two squadmates.  Honestly I think if it were in my power, I'd make the import game for someone importing a save that really killed everybody go like this : Cutscene of Reapers entering the galaxy with a lot of fire and brimstone followed by text "Having no one to defend them, the peoples of the galaxy fell to the might of the Reapers. Would you like to start a new game?" ... Then again I'm mean when I'm tired  I'll probably regret it tomorrow...  And now, good night, for real

That's exactly my opinion of how ME3 will/should go.  There has to be some consequences to losing squadmates in ME2, and that should be a smaller roster to chose from in ME3.  Assuming you saved everyone in ME2, your ME3 crew should consist of the ME2 squadmates+ Kaidan/Ashley, Liara and possibly Wrex.  If you killed nearly everyone in ME2 then your available personnel should reflect that, Commander Failure.

If Kaidan/Ash and Liara are added as squadmates in ME3, anyways, you'll have the bare minimum # of teammates to get the job done.  Not our problem you suck.

LOL! I think that Shepard looks like John Locke from Lost, actually. Which is...unfortunate, considering the video.

Yeah, i just had one of those moments, where Garrus shot a Krogan point blank with his sniper rifle, right in front of my Shepard.

Shepard: Take me NAO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My friend was playing Femshep (Derp Shepard...you don't want to know what she looked like) on Mordin's recruitment mission, at the bit with the fans. He's lining up a headshot with his sniper rifle, got one of the heavy weapons bastards on the balcony in his sights when BOOM! Concussive Shot knocks the vorcha's brains out. "Okay, just for that I'm romancing him," he announces.



(Then Jaboc biotic'd a guy through the wall. "Garrus, you got competition.")

Am I the only one who thinks that turian's necks are one of the best part of their physiology? Sure, it looks a lot like human necks, but stronger and more muscular, with kind of a rawhide look to it. It has me totally fascinated. Uh oh, Turian neck fetish!

Anyone here interested in Bioware's upcoming Star Wars mmo? I was thinking that Brandon Keener should voice a Zabrak LI o.O Would be totally awesome!

Garrus is very distracting in this game! I keep telling him to take cover by me, and then get all PO'd if he get knocked out.

....but i dunno, Aimo's comics are FTW! Everytime she make some thing DA:O or ME2 related, they make me super happy. Maybe it's because she puts more thought into hers, whereas i just do crap for personal lulz. I hope she makes more Garrus pictures...... :3
