Looks like he's not even playing. He's just staring over Shepard's shoulder. Is he helping her cheat?
Let's just be glad they aren't playing strip poker... Especially with Garrus just standing there. Staring.

I REALLY hope we go to Palavern in ME3. Want Garrus to bring me home to meet the folks. Man that meeting will be fun. If you play War Hero I'd love it if you could introduce Garrus to your mom hahahah. Sorry mom if I'm having kids I'll have to adopt.
Sadly I don't think a Shepard parent meeting would ever happen in game...I mean, would your mom just call you 'Shepard' too?
I would totally love to go to Palaven though, or any of the big 'home-worlds'. If not I'd at least like to go to a Turian colony.

"What do you mean I can't check facebook on this? How am I going to chat with all my fangirls?!"
GO TEAM GARRUS, GO!
Don't look at it Garrus! Whatever you do don't look!
Commander Garrus is watching you. He does not approve.
"I lol'd."
Team Garrus looking all badass and stuff like they totally are.
Garrus's WTF face. AKA: The picture that I loaded a save 20 minutes before this part actually took place in order to get because it's THAT great
You about to get "Calibrated."

I want to see a pic with Garrus accompanying Garrus on the squad. It could be Commander Garrus's long-lost twin, Garrus. Maybe I'm just silly though.

EDITING so I can actually post something on-topic, has everyone seen RigAudio's thread about making alien voices? He's got a turian one up there but his voice doesn't really suit the effect (I didn't hear any difference at all until I turned my sound up to hear the low pitch, but then my AC unit is pretty noisy right now). Still pretty kickass though. (He's also got a drell sample that's pretty good.) My, my, the possibilities.....
Sounds just fine to me, but my real problem is managing it with a costume.

I'm curious what relationships are like in Turian culture. If you go to Omega and talk to the Turian in the downstairs bar he calls his wife his 'mate'.
Technically, he calls his mate his 'mate'. If he meant 'wife' I am sure that's how the translator would've translated it. So it sounds like turians don't have marriage as humans know it. (It sounds like a lot of species don't have marriage as humans know it in the ME universe.)

This, what I was talking about. But with a generic turian. Sure, it wouldn't be perfect, inmersion issues and all that, but it would be funny.
If I can get my computer to run mass effect, I'll definitely try it. I was thinking about maybe one of the turians with civilian clothes in the citadel... It would be so cool...

My Shepard is Spacer/War Hero, so I'd love to be able to have her introduce Garrus to her mom, Captain Shepard. Or, even better, to her maternal grandmother--retired Admiral Kastanie Drescher.

I'd like to see how Garrus reacts should that particular "flexible" female turian just happened to either cross paths with sheps crew in ME3, or if she happens to be a new squad mate option.... i could see that going somewhere extremely dynamic. Be interesting to see how awkward he is then....haha
My mostly-paragon Shepard would have problems dealing with that. Probably better to let Garrus just be a turian and be with another turian. On the other hand... letting him go? Ouch.
Hmm.... didn't really think about that delimma. My paragon shep would only have problems if maybe there were some unresolved feelings/emotions going on there (which would put an interesting kicker into the story) but i think she could either take it as "i need to leave him so they can be together"or maybe ask Garrus if he wants to be with someone other than you
.... idk, it could go many ways
That would be pretty lame. The galaxy is HUGE, I highly doubt that Shepard will just so happen to see that specific female turian during her mission. It's as silly as when people thought that Samara was Liara's "father"--not everyone and everything has to be connected. Not every character that an NPC mentions has to show up in some form or another. If we do see anyone connected to Garrus, it should be someone important like his father, not a random fling.
Plus, I highly doubt there are any romantic feelings between Garrus and that turian. I was under the impression that they haven't seen each other--or likely anyone else on that ship--in years. He certainly didn't make it sound like they were ever an item, though I could be wrong.
I would LOVE to see a female turian, but she should be able to stand on her own as a person of interest and not be connected to any current characters.

You know, much as I appreciate the permanent scar on Garrus's face (makes him look tough and all), I kind of hope that there will eventually be an option offered, through DLC or in ME3, to restore his face to how it was prior to the scarring. Note I say option. After all, you can fix Shepard's face. In my current only playthrough (I'm replaying that character now both in ME1 and ME2), I bought the medbay upgrade, but I never used it because it didn't seem fair to Garrus. I mean, way to rub salt into the wound, Cerberus. What's next, putting up full-length mirrors all around the inside of the forward battery?
While I'm sure the scar would remind Garrus of old mistakes, and he might even want to keep it for that reason, I can't help but think that healing the scar would be an important part of the process of healing his inner scars--you know, from losing his entire squad. It would be a sort of "moving on" thing for him.
Not all of my characters would care enough to go through with the option of repairing Garrus's face, and some might think that it's the result of a lesson that Garrus needed to learn in the first place. However, I would still like to have the option.

I want Garrus with the scars. I don't want an option, because then my Paragon can't justify not using it... If Wrex has to keep his, then Garrus should have to keep his too.

I don't know, I think given the option, I'd keep his face as-is.The scars don't seem to bother him, and I like to think that by not letting him shoot Sidonis, my Shepard helped him get a better understanding of letting go.
