I guess I got used too much to this design and can't imagine them otherwise. It's still interesting to see what others come up with, like the quarians being space elves or night elf looking like.

I always thought his other hand/arm was around her just... lower. Lower back or something. Maybe resting on her hip or thigh, dunno. I think putting the other arm higher would have blocked too much of Shepard... but that's just my opinion.

That one has to be my favorite couple picture of Garrus and Shepard ever. It really just is so... tender and content feeling. I love all of the details, the coloring... though I keep wondering if they broke the aquarium and if the water, and fish, are all over the floor in the background there or not. XD

But I like how the artist decided to draw the Turian protective plating there. More 'scale' like and, to me, more feasible... at least to my Just-Watched-Life-repeatedly-mind. The scales appear to be placed in a way that allows for movement and more flexibility than they probably seem, but since they're overlapping in some places, that allows for shifting and so on.

ALSO: Regarding the 'Priiiiiize' motivational poster... 'your' and "you're" are so very different words. Really. They are. I swear it. /deep long-suffering sigh:pinched::pinched::pinched::pinched:

I do love that picture as well.  I respect what you're saying, once we "see" a character as some way, it's very hard to imagine in another.  And that's some great concept art right there.  I think in my particular case if you took that and put the scales from the other picture onto it, that would also be a completely feasible look for me.

And kraidy, I love the *design* of his casual outfit, but I don't like the color combination.  Somebody did a recolor of it in here and I loved it much more than the green.  I don't know why, but I would have preferred another color combination.  To each his own...and as far as I am concerned, it is impossible to make Garrus look bad.
eta: janey, it's just the color scheme I didn't care for as I said...the outfit itself is flattering

Yeah, that's what I thought. Maybe his hand is on her bum... who knows. Heh.

@ LOL: Ah yes, that's the original concept art. I think this is mainly meant to be the outline, though. That turian looks a little furry to me, but maybe that's because of the drawing style. I wonder if BW really thought about what turians (and other aliens) look like under their clothes.

While the names are stupid, the size of the lands are about right, tho I would pmake Garrus a little bit bigger. Miri, tali and Garrus are the most popular ME2 LI, plus we three do have an alliance, strained one with the Tali but a strong one with you guys. I am the speaker for Miriland
