What happened to the Tali and Miri alliance?  Was it good before and now it's not?

Some Tali fans who don't like Miri find the need to always bash her when I am in the thread, trying to get a rise. Some of the Tali fans try to stop it but it never works. We still have an alliance, it's just strained at the moment. The Garrus and Miri one is very strong tho. I have never seen Miri hate in here and that's good

I like Miri. She grew on me. She and Meghan Shepard had a rocky start, but eventually became good friends.

I don't think most of us hate anyone, and if we do dislike someone, we seem to keep it to ourselves for the most part. Largely we just hate on people that no one likes, like the turian Councillor. LOL

And thats a good thing, I don't mind if some of you guys don't like Miri, I just hope it's a good reason, not some of the lame reasons I have seen. The problem I have is when someone starts bashing a character, knowing full-well that there are some fans of that character. Miri and Garrus threads are very good, hardly any hate, we have a good alliance between us. I stop in here now and then to see how you guys are doing and talk about Garrus, the best Turian ever

Garrus is my fourth fav character ever (points to sig, thats the order of my fav characters, starting from Legion. Tali and Kasumi are in front of Jack, but I forgot to tell Collider to include them)

I just got my new copy of Game Informer and there's an article about the Suicide Mission, if anyone's interested - I know we were all talking about this a while back. It doesn't say anything about who Shepard will catch and who will catch Shepard in the end, just the stuff like who will die and how to save everyone.

First of all, hold-the-line deaths will happen in this order: unloyal squadmates, Mordin, Tali, Kasumi, Jack, Miranda, Jacob, Garrus, Samara/Morinth, Legion, Thane, Zaeed, Grunt. I thought Garrus would be right before Zaeed (it also only lists Zaeed and Grunt for holding the line to save others), but that's what it says.

Also, something that I thought was different judging by what I've read on the forums... It says that if no missions are done between opening the Omega-4 Relay (Does this mean right after the crew is captured?) and traveling through it, all of the crew will survive. If you do 1-3 missions, half of them will die, and if you do more than 3, all of them will die except Dr. Chakwas. I thought it was possible to do 1-2 missions without anyone dying, unless I'm just confused. I wouldn't know because I didn't do any missions in between (somehow, I managed to do Legion's loyalty mission first).

I would guess it has something to do with just how damn hard it is to keep up with the Tali thread. Tali was my favorite character in ME1 (although Garrus has taken over that position come ME2 for reasons I won't get into unless you feel like asking), and is my second favorite character (and preferred LI) in ME2, but I don't go in her thread very often. I think I have posted in it once ever.


By the simple nature of "takes commitment to keep up with" that makes it an easy place for the "creepy obsession" fans to congregate, because that's exactly their kind of thing, and makes alot of the more normal people not bother.




But meh, this is just me doing my "I have done precisely zero research on the topic and am just spouting something that I think sounds plausible" thing that I do.

Thane and mordin are cool buddy characters, I would even consider Legion a good friend, but he's an AI . Of course the love of Shepards life is Miri . Shepard, Miri and Garrus took down the baby Reaper
