I disagree, Tali's too selfless for jealousy, its not in a quarians nature to feel envy at all

Ooooh, I disagree with you there. I think Tali would be jealous, but her nature would make her less likely to actually ACT on it. Being jealous and ACTING jealous are two different things. XD But I think... with my game at least, Tali would be very happy about it, even if she wouldn't tell Garrus that. My Shep, yes... Garrus, no. XD But in my head the two of them are very much like... sibblings. Jabbing and teasing each other in their own ways but also caring about each other, even if they don't say it.:D

cool never meet another person who says 'ya'll'. :D

I am not alone

Ya'll is a standard part of my everyday speech, but I live in the south. Everyone uses ya'll here.

Yay another southerner =]. I'm from Texas !

Houston.  As is my Shepard.

Brilliant! Houston here too.  Apparently we have a thing for space cowboy cops, us Texans.

Perhaps I should have imagined him in a Stetson and chaps on that white horse. ;)

OK, I now have to PM you and find out where in H-town. ;)

You're right, she would be jealous of their perfect romance and that she hasn't got one (now I'm sad)
You're also right about their sibling relationship

I've always said Tali has two siblings, Garrus and Kal'Reegar

1. Which would you prefer?
B) If you romance Garrus in ME2, you have the same conversation set as everyone else (including Male Shepards), but interspersed within the conversations is some romance dialog.
I think I'll go for option b. I don't want Shep and Garrus to become turtle doves, they were friends before they got together. I don't want to miss that. I think I want the same conversations as manShep, with some extra or adjusted lines that show that they're romantically involved. Maybe one extra conversation for femShep to talk to Garrus about the future, see what he wants to do when the Reapers are gone, and an option to indicate what Shep will do after the battle (see question #2 :P)
2. Preferred ending for the Garrus romance? Conclusive? Ambiguous? Marriage or no marriage? Living together somewhere quietly? Fighting criminals as vigilantes (Batman and Batwoman?) or officers? Etc.
Ambiguous! Every fan of a LI wants something else in the end. I don't want a forced marriage unless I really want that. I can't imagine Garrus slowing down after the final battle, he'll probably still be ranting about injustice. I know my Shep will be done with that galaxy saving crap. She'll probably want to start saving orphans or animals or something. I'd like an ambiguous ending, an epic shot of all the squadmates with Garrus standing next to Shep. Everyone's free to fill it in to their own liking.
3. If there is banter ala Dragon Age or KOTOR in ME3, which squad mates would you most like to see Garrus bantering with?
Definitely Grunt. I know BW won't acknowledge Grunt as my baby (:D), but Grunt and Garrus are both funny characters, so that could be hilarious. When you enter the plague zone with both Grunt and Garrus, Grunt will say "anybody else hungry?" when you're near the burning bodies. Garrus says something like "you know, you shouldn't say something like that". I want moar! And also Tali of course. More bro/sis jabbing at eachother. It would also be fun if Garrus started talking about sniper rifles with Thane/Legion/Zaeed.
4. What do you think some of the squad mates would think of FemSheps' relationship with Garrus? Congratulate him/her? Tease him/her?
With that whole bro/sis thing going on in my mind, I can't help but think Tali will tease him. I think the some will be glad for you, others indifferent. Kasumi said a lot of people wanted to see Garrus and Shep together, but she's probably referring to the fanbase :P
5. Best weapon for Garrus? Assault rifle or sniper rifle?
Sniper rifle. He loves that thing! I use a submachine gun myself and Grunt uses the assault rifle, so I give Garrus the sniper rifle.
6. Would you rather want fixed armor in blue or loyalty color?
I love the loyalty colours.
7. What was the best armor for Garrus aside from the default or Collossus (appearance wise)?
Phoenix of course
8. What kind of dialog would you like to see in Garrus' romance in ME3? Would "I love you" or some variant thereof be too cheesy? Is it better that it would be implied, but not really said?
I'm fine if he says those three words, but I prefer him not to. It's too cheesy. I'll leave it up to BW to think of some subtle way for him to say he loves you.
9. How long after ME2 do you think ME3 will start?
Soon. Like I said earlier, I get the impression it will start where ME2 left off. The squadmates look ready in that last scene, looking at you like they're saying "lead the way!" and the final shot of the Reapers. I don't think they'll take long to get here.
10. What do you think the conversation between Garrus and Kaidan/Liara would be like if you cheated on your ME1 love interest?
I romanced Liara (and I get the feeling I'm in the minority here), but I have no idea what to think of a potential confrontation. We've talked about the Kaidan/Garrus confrontation, and most of us think they will both react in a normal way. Not a big drama or something. With Liara, I'm not so sure. She's obsessed with Shepard, whether you romanced her or not. I don't know how she will take it. But I think Garrus will try to stay calm, as professional and rational he is :)
11. How much do you want romances to affect the ME3 storyline? A lot? A little? The same as ME2 and/or ME1?
Hmmm, not too much I think. I like it the way is is now. I just hope they won't make you choose to sacrifice your LI.
12. How many days will the Bioware staff survive while under siege by angry fans if Garrus is not is given a small cameo in ME3?
I don't know. I'll stay home, grab some popcorn and watch the news. I'm too lazy to buy pitch forks and torches.

Sure Cerry. Let's see...

/snip of questionnaire thing

1. B), but some romance-only conversations should be mixed in somewhere too.

2. I'd want it to be mostly open-ended, but not too much, otherwise there wouldn't be a feeling of closure or satisfaction. Just as long as we get a confirmation that they spend the rest of their lives happy and together, doing whatever they may be doing, is enough for me. I could imagine them getting married for the sake of convenience--and really, why not, since I'm sure all they'd need to do is fill out some papers--but not with a big ceremony.

But honestly, I don't know if I'd want them to be vigilantes. Sure it sounds cool, but being a vigilante is ultimately not very productive. I think there are probably other, more effective ways to help people. And I'd like for them to die of old age, not in battle. Because if the reapers can't kill them, then what can?

3. All of them. If DA:O did it, ME3 can do it.

4. Some would be happy (I know she's not a squadmate, but Kelly for example), some wouldn't really care, and others would make teasing remarks. I can't think of any squadmate that would actually disapprove. Personally, I'm most interested in seeing the reactions of the rest of the ME1 squad--especially Wrex. He'd probably say something hilarious.

5. Sniper rifle.

6. Blue. The loyalty armor also has a lot of blue in it though, right?

7. The Phantom armor.

8. Yes.

8. "I love you" can be cheesy/mushy or not depending on how it is said. I'd be completely fine with a non-cheesy "I love you". Being afraid to talk about your feelings is NOT a sign of maturity, and I'd want them both to act like adults. At the very least I want some dialogue that is more romantic than what we got in ME2, but nothing over the top.

9. Hopefully not too long. Maybe a few months.

10. It's hard to say. I think Kaiden and Liara would be more disappointed/sad than angry. ...I'm just glad that fanfiction authors won't be the ones handling that scene.

11. They can't affect it at all because romance is optional. I'd like to see more romance, but it doesn't have to be central to the plot.

12. A better question is how many minutes.

Haha. I still ship Tali/Kal in my head. I don't agree with the idea that because she's an admiral's daughter that he'd consider her off-limits. XD After seeing a really AMAZING meme on DA that has a Tali/Kal shipped pic on it.... I am happy that I'm not the only one with such a desire. I adore Tali too much to not pair her up with Kal, who I really really like, in my head. XD

No she isn't. Tali is a great girl, but she isn't made up of pure goodness and light. I believe she (and every other quarian) is more than capable of jealousy.

But I don't think she'd be jealous of FemShep and Garrus' relationship, since she doesn't have feelings for either one of them.

I don't know. I'm almost alone in missing the 'sibling' thing people see between her and Garrus. I'm not convinced she likes him (he is pretty mean to her in ME1, but she gives as good as she gets). And I'm conviced, male or femshep, Tali has the hots for Shepard from ME1. Is it in the quarian codex about the jelousy thing? I'm not super up on quarian culture.
And I don't see jelousy as impossible for selfless people: it's OK to feel a loss and a bit of hurt at that loss sometimes, and jelousy is an emotion outwith a person's control. I think she def would want Shep to be happy, but would always be a little sad s/he wasn't happy with her (whatever the LI. Garrus just makes it worse, because they were BOTH there from the beginning). But subjectivity win.:wizard:

I should go to bed.
Oh, and yes. Chellick was the C-Sec officer who became executor. I just think he and Garrus would have worked together and he was probably slightly above him in rank. I like Chellick.

Can anyone remember who it is in C-Sec who mentions that Garrus going with Shepard is for his own good? Or did I make that up in my head?

Well for one obvious reason we're going to have to agree to disagree on that ma'am

Were I a femshep I'd ship Tali/Kal, and obviously go for Garrus, like my sister

Tali may be jealous that femShep found someone and Tali hasn't found anyone yet, yea. Not jealous because she likes either femShep or Garrus, as MarginalBeast pointed out, but because Tali hasn't found a boyfriend herself.

I do definitely get the brother/sister vibe from Tali and Garrus. Garrus pokes fun at her and Tali threatens him with her shotgun, but that's just typical sibling stuff - in between the non-serious threats and teasing, they are friends.

I think that's cause Garrus was pretty green in ME1.  He says some pretty naive things to Wrex, Tali, and Septimus all three.  I like to think that working with Wrex and Tali teaches him quite a lot.  Even if they weren't close in ME1 I think they would get closer in ME2 because of mutual distrust of Cerberus, friendship for Shepard, and familiarity with each other.  I think they get along just fine by the end of ME2.  Think of Garrus "just like old times" bit when you leave Tali to help him in his recruitment mission or how they play off each other "we can disobey suicidal orders...that's about twice a day" and "I want to hack your olfactory sensors...remind me never to ****** you off."  They play off each other a lot and I never got the impression it was mean=spirited.

This is precisely why Garrus and Tali are my main team.
