Yeah, a lot of people say that Garrus has the best romance, while Jacob has the cheesiest. I've been tempted to youtube them up, but I'm going to resist temptation. The only romance I've done was the Thane one. I like the romance, just felt there could have been a little bit more to the scene.

Maybe Garrus' romance would make up for it.

Video interview with Casey Hudson I pilfered from the Kaiden thread (thanks guys). Talks about Overlord DLC, but also about how future DLC will 'assume everyone has finished the game' and 'develop realtionships with favorite characters from the Mass Effect universe'.

If nothing else, this bodes well for more Garrus dialogue at some point down the line. Also, they are going to bridge the gap between ME2 and ME3 with DLC.... which bodes well for retaining the team you've built in ME3, I think.

The thread really slowed down after I left last night. lol. Sigh. Nice to know so many of Clan V (and the wider forum in general) have social lives.

Me? I'm off to listen to Garrus and Wrex banter in elevators.

I should probably get to it then in my ME2 playthrough. 
I went a little crazy and deleted the few PTs of Steph's that were main PTs (Garrus mance, Thane mance, single still) just cause... well, there were options from ME1 I wanted in ME2 (Helena, for instance).  I'm about 1/3 of the way through my ME1 PT.  Kind of difficult to get as much XP I can to hit 60 out of the conversations, but Kaiden and Liara keep trying to flirt with me.  /grumble

As for social life, waiting for friends to come over to go to the park to check out the place and the epic geekery we're going to partake of in a few weeks.

Funny thing is too, my character is a BREWMASTER.
Pretend alchohol just isn't the same /sniffle

And does anyone else wonder if, on turian ME1 armor, that little thing smushed into Garrus's chest is the turian equivalent of Ura?

This reminds me of a race held in Australia, think it was Bathurst, where they decided to restrict the amount of alcohol any one person could bring to the place per day. So several weeks before the event, Australians were burying cases of beer on the site to get around the restrictions.

The restriction was for something like 4 cases of beer a day. Per person.

I have no way to relate this to Garrus. Other than maybe to say the restriction on wine was something like 40 liters a day.

Come to think of it, what do you think Garrus's alcohol of choice would be? Sure, he might have a wine named after him, but he probably only relates that to special occasions. He seems like a blokey kind of guy ("Can't we just buy him a lap dance and a few drinks on Omega?), which equates to a beer drinker to me.

Thanks, I read the first six chapters already. The whole thing is hilarious. It's fanservice and win. (By the way, my MainShep is a Colonist War Hero who likes turians too, and I also thought "She's A Rebel" is a good song for her. She also has biotic powers and plays on Casual. xD)
