Yeah, i just had one of those moments, where Garrus shot a Krogan point blank with his sniper rifle, right in front of my Shepard.

Garrus: HEAD SHOT! :3

I'm thinking this may be my next comic.........

Mostly, I send the third squadmate up to distract people (for all that works - people still shoot at Shepard as though they magically know where she is) and Garrus and I take them out from the sides with our sniper rifles. Teamwork!

But yeah. It's always nice when things work out that way. It's up to us to project a romantic understanding of normal situations when all we get is a handful of dialogues. Sigh.

As for ME3, I think that all of the squadmates will return in some way as long as they survived the suicide mission, and anyone who didn't save them will just have to do without them. Most of them probably will be squadmates again, but I seem to remember that a few made it sound like they only joined up with Shepard for that one mission. Garrus should definitely be a squadmate again, same for all the others who would stand by Shepard and/or have nowhere else to go. I trust Bioware to make ME3 awesome, even though I get a little nervous reading all the threads filled with speculation about the ME2 squad getting killed off or only appearing in cameos (it seems like there's at least one new thread like this every day), but then I just remind myself that Bioware gave us the Garrus romance that I was hoping for but didn't really expect.



@Madolin: It would be nice if Garrus would save Shepard like that in my game. I can think of several moments like that for my Shepard though, with the main one being Garrus' recruitment mission. Right after saying "Garrus!" just like she did in-game, she would have ran over to hug him... and probably pounce on him too. xD If multiple Shepards could be in the same playthrough, one of them would have so many funny sarcastic remarks about those two.



@NaelleD: From what I've read, the Star Wars MMO looks cool, but I don't really play MMOs because most of them are group/interaction-based (and I never use the online multiplayer on any of my games). Maybe if enough people from these forums joined, I would think about it, but then I would still have to look up the system requirements (this is why I don't have any current-gen PC games, consoles are easier) and the monthly subscription fee.

Hehehe - I'm planning on taking Garrus along in my next playthrough.  Does Grunt say anything unique?

 On Mordin's recruit quest, before you enter the apartment area, I always hesitate to bring Garrus. But then he says "I'm not going to let a little cough stop me." Of course, I swoon and take that as "I would die for you, Commander."

I like that quote. xD It made my Shepard want to take Garrus somewhere nice.

I don't know if any of them would actually take Garrus into the quarantine though. o_o; I try to make the best decisions that are within their character, and I doubt any of them (unless I'm forgetting someone) would risk it. I know he won't get the plague, but they don't. Even my evil Shepard wouldn't want to risk losing the one person who won't betray him.

Though my Shep wouldn't bring him into the plague zone RP-wise, I take him most places because he's the mouthiest/funniest squad member. "Somewhere along the line I got used to the smell of burning bodies...that's probably a bad sign."

With the abscence of Wrex, Garrus and Tali had some pretty big boots to fill for the amount of snark in the game. That only makes them more awesome.

CSI is not my general choice in viewing, but half of my adult household (there are 6 of us of voting age) is devoted - and they play video games - and they own ME and ME2 - and they LOL'd and thank you very much for posting that!

When playing ME1 I ditched Parsini and gave Loriks his data. Apparently becasue of that I received a very funny e-mail form him in ME2. It included a lot of funny mistakes concerning common "human" sayings. Also he is a replacement for Anoleis on Noveria I had a good laugh out of this.

I would say "you're welcome" but being proud of posting a video I didn't make feels wrong.
But yes. Mass Effect CSI videos are uber-laugh-out-loud material.

Ooh, really? Can you screenshot or copy down what it says? I've never done that (tend to abuse Lorik for his glitch).

If you speak polsih I play with english dub, but polish subtitles. And there is no way to change it :/ Every single email is in polish too. Sorry.
