On that note, I kind of do like the idea (silly as it is) of a universe where both a male and female Shepard exists. It allows for all kinds of hilarity and bonding.

Anyway, I found out that Garrus' name in japanese is ギャレス. However, if you put it through google translate, it's translate to Gareth. Suppose it's the closest thing they could get to for Garrus, as it is pronounced gyaresu.

I actually started writing a MaleShep/FemShep double date fic. It was silly as hell though (both Shepards knew the other one was also Shepard, so MaleShep in particular was getting weirded out by FemShep/Garrus PDA. The food was mixed up, and they had mild throat-closing isues, then while the Shepards were getting medical treatment, Tali and Garrus had a btiching session about the issues with dating Shepard, eventually deciding to make out together in the bathrooms due to an excess of alcohol having been consumed. FemShep, meanwhile, was pushing for a 4some the whole night long.... yeah, silly as hell. One of my ill-advised 'writing on wine' excursions. lol. It was totally crack-fic, so no one get offended.)

Edit: spelling and grammer fail. And I'll bet there is more.

Thanks Nil for that review. Yea, I got trapped by Liara. Ah well, will turn her down during lockdown. Was considering Virmiring Kaiden in case I was trapped with him, but I really don't want to.



I totally agree with you on the Kaiden being just a tad too good to be true too. My first PT, didn't like his -mance, but I've come to realize that I was brain dead then, because I -mance'd Liara. Now she seems... well, too childish. Kaiden's -mance was just enough parts flirty/informative.



I saw a fic where the person put Kaiden and the Doc together. Was kind of interesting. I bet it could be done right quite easily. Though I figure, if Garrus didn't think of having relations with a human until Shepard is waving it in his face, then the Doc is SOL. Pining from afar for our favorite turian BAMF. ^.^

And the whole time I kept waiting for Garrus to just SAY SOMETHING already... /gusty sigh

But having him in ME2 makes up for it I guess. It's just tough to play this game without having that -mance option. Usually makes the game that much more enjoyable for me ^.^

Also, Shep has come back to life, and Garrus has revealed himself to not be dead, so both Kaiden and Chloe now have to deal with the person they really want to be with resurfacing...(that's why I ship them). If Shep and Garrus hook up, it's nice to think that their jilted other options have someone to make them happy.



Stephi - you playing ME1 as well? When does Pallin say that bit about being glad you took Garrus with you? Can't find it and it's driving me crazy! lol
