When people say, "so, how was your weekend?', I get funny looks when I say that I saved the galaxy. This, however, is in an entirely new league. "Hey, it's not my fault my clothes melted, forcing me to stay in and drink to Garrus with a bunch of naked women."

Hmm, calibrating, yes, you are correct, I found the flaw in my reasoning, corrected.  *On Monday morning, Aricle says to coworkers " I spent the weekend drinking with a bunch of naked women because Garrus melted my clothing!"  (Validated calibrations through end translation result: 'Bunch of naked women, Garrus is melting my clothes and spent the weekend
drinking!')

Hey friends, I'm back from my trip. Anything particularly fantastic worth thumbing through the last hundred pages for I should know about?

I'm going to be floating about here while I get my computer back into commission.

Garrus is an Egyptian god who created people and also melted off all of our clothes.

Evidence has been unearthed of his godliness as well as the long-standing existence of Reapers and Garrus:

Would've
used Horus, since it suits Garrus' ideal in a way, but this was a
pretty good pic. Tempted to put Sheploo's face in place of man, but
didn't. [smilie]../../../images/forum/emoticons/tongue.png[/smilie]

Let's not even talk about how his voice melts off women's clothes instantaneously. ;)

You have just won this thread. Well...you might be tied with the translation party quotes, actually.

@ janeym27: There's a part during Garrus' LM, while they're in the cab heading to meet up with Sidonis. I can't remember what he says exactly, but there's this very slight hitch in his voice, almost like a momentary sob...it's just so...amazingly done. I don't know if that's the line you're talking about, but it could very well be.

@ Aricle: The "military pep talk" line is apparently even funnier if you bring Tali along. She doesn't quite enjoy the "quarian with a tummy ache" comparison, it seems Image IPB I've not tried it, because she's not particularly fitted to that mission (lots of organics and armour), but I've certainly heard it mentioned.

Didn't think of that, she wouldn't be best for that mission but I like to hear these little variations. I liked bringing her for the quarian accused of stealing on the Citadel as well, she and the other quarian have some interchange and Tali addresses the other quarian by name (I like hearing the correct pronunciations).

@Lemonwizard: Indeed. :D

Hrm... I don't need any more Renegade points... but I'm torn on Kasumi keeping the graybox...

Thoughts?

And I've been saving Garrus's loyalty mission till last practically in this PT. Alls I got left is Zaeed, Gar and Thane. XD

I can imagine her saying that; I like her tone when she gets mad. The moment when she says that she agrees with Legion for once (when he comes along for her trial), is great voice acting.

I let Kasumi keep it because it seemed like the right thing to do, to destroy it. And doing the right thing versus her having something that is precious to her tipped the scale. I hope that makes sense, I meant not wanting to do something by the rules.

What had you save G's loyalty mission until the last this time around?

That's always a tough one for me.  I like the idea of keeping it for the intel, but that means Kasumi is now a target.  She also doesn't appear to move on from Keiji's death if it's kept.  Renegade or neutral will have you destroy it to protect her and the Alliance.  Oddly enough, the Paragon option seems to be the more selfish one to me.

My first time through, I let Kasumi keep the box, because she just looked so sad...But I don't think that's a very wise decision, all things considered. My second playthrough, I destroyed it for her, which I feel is better, in the long term.

That being said, I don't think that particular choice gives you any morality points. At least, I've never seen it mentioned.

As for LMs, Zaeed is always the very first one I do, because I'm paranoid about the morality check.

@ Aricle: I've never brought Legion on Tali's LM, mainly because I'm not sure how it's possible without either a) losing your crew or B) having an unloyal Legion or c) keeping Tali's LM for post-game and thus having an unloyal Tali. You only have time for one mission between acquiring the IFF and having it installed, so...

Aww, man, I haven't got the Kasumi DLC yet. Mainly because the Australian dollar is very weak at the moment. (1 AUD = 1.23 USD) which meant that the DLC would cost nearly 9 dollars. D: But it sure looks like fun.

And Garrus pwns with "gardens, gift shops, electronic stores, but only if there classy". Nothing beats Garrus.
