Anyway, i made a thread regarding on how LIs should be able to effect ME3/DLC in the other board. I was trying to think on what unique events would fit with romancing garrus.

Okay, I found where the thread was moved to, but... where did my post go? o_o; Weird. (Now I've got to type it all over again. >_> And look around for whatever happened to my first post.)

I think the microphones are attached to a metal piece under Garrus' bandage that most likely keeps his right mandible connected. I'm not sure if the microphone serves any purpose related to his injury though. Maybe he just put it there to look cool and draw attention away from the bandage.

Also, now that I've been looking at those screenshots longer, is it normal to see his teeth that much right where it was pointed out that part of his mandible could be missing? I'm so used to looking at Saren, who seems to be missing the part that would cover any of his teeth, so I don't notice these things anymore.

Garrus's voice gives him super strength. He can melt a reaper with BK's voice.

Harbinger ain't got crap on Garrus. Garrus talks and all the fangirls turn into Garrussmoothies.

BTW, didn't Riot finish his ME2 screenshots? I downloaded 20 packs, I thought he completed it but I can't find the rest... Stephi, do you know about this?

And yes, I just had to include the Creepy Mordin Smile on that last panel. IMO, it's even creepier than the Shepard Stare.

Ahahahha Xsauce, Brilliant!
Cery, I'd have to go back and find Riot's ME2 DLs. I know I've got all his ME1 DLs hosted here, but not sure if I picked up any of his ME2s yet.

EDIT:  WHoops, forgot the ME in the link.  It's fix'd now. ^.^

Yo, Garrusites!

I has a question. Do we think that Turians cry? Emotional tears, I mean. Grief, sadness, etc. One assumes that they -have- tear ducts, if for no other reason than most creatures who live in air have tear ducts for lubrication and protection...

Discuss :)

Also, what do you think a Turian funeral would be like?

I'm pretty sure they do have tear ducts. Their eyes are built similarly like humans are, but a bit more predatorial. I'm sure that if you had a better view of sidonis while you were questioning him he would have been crying. As for funerals...well, we kind of have to study their religion a tad bit more. we didn't really get that much from ME2. So hopefully they'll fix that.

Would their funerals need to be tied to a type of religion though? /shrug

As for tear ducts, I disagree that Sidonus would have been crying : / But we know they (turians) sweat. Not sure if they cry. I know the team was all happy about the crying stuff they did in this game, since we got crying humans, asari, drell and ... I think that's it for criers. No Turian, Salarian tears were had. And we couldn't see Tali's. T.T

Yeah, I know, I have all the ME1 shots because I saved the link to your site ;). But I thought I remembered Riot saying the ME2 packs were finished too, but I can't find it... either because I'm blind or because I'm confused. But seriously, those screenshots are heaven. So much Garrus!

I feel that a turian funeral would definitely involve some sort of spirituality. I don't know what exactly would be entailed, but something spiritual. Has anybody written any fan fiction about this? It was a really good topic for discussion, Raphael :)

this may sound cynical but i want to see a turian cry, just to see what it would look like.

Sidonis would have been the only real opportunity for Turian tears, I think.. And I don't think his situation would have warranted it, even if he were human... As for funerals.. Some are religious, some are not, right?

I'm sure it says somewhere that all Turians are free to worship whatever religion they want?

.... well... uh... not to give anything major away, but there is a reason I was asking ;)

(And no, I'm not killing Garrus. Please don't lynch me!)

Maybe instead of crying, a turian's mandibles would quiver. Cause i think the way they express their emotions is through the movements of their mandibles.

Yep, check out the Wiki. They have a lot of freedom, as long as it doesn't hinder their duty =].

And yes, Sidonis had the best opportunity to cry... but he didn't. I don't know if turians are able to cry.

Quoth the Wiki...
Turians enjoy absolute freedom of religion and can practice whatever
appeals to them so long as it does not impede anyone's ability to
perform their duties. There are many practitioners of the asari
'siarist' philosophy. Since opening dialog with the human Systems
Alliance, some turians have embraced Confucianism and Zen Buddhism.

So I guess it would depend on the religion(if any) of the deceased turian.

.... which all means that I'm free to make it up  however I want! Yay for creative freedom!
