I always assumed they would be like humans in that respect.  Males are larger and stronger while females are smaller and faster.

I highly doubt they lactate so they would have no need for breasts.  I think turians give live birth but do not have mammary glands.

Eh, that's a can of worms topic right there.
There's a lot of people who would be vehemently against boobed turian women. Things like they're practically unnecessary in our own ecosphere and that the xenotypes that turians are based on suggest they wouldn't have them, boobs shouldn't be the thing that makes them female, yadda, yadda yadda.
I, for one, wouldn't care either way. If they have boobs, GREAT! They're probably going to look super weird if they look human like, or super nifty if they look alien.
If the don't have them, well that's great too.
I just hate it when people get all up in arms about the boobs.
(Not like y'all would here, but I've seen it else where, especially on DA.)

Only mammals have breast. Turians not mammals, more like lizards.

If turian breasts show up in ME3, it'll mean turian females showed up in ME3!!

So if that's the only way we can get to see turian women, I'll settle!

And we never hear about Garrus's mom.
