Yes. I think bioware was playing a joke on us. First he had a smiley face in ME1, happy he tagged along with shepard. Then he has a " =< " face because hes depressed about his squad/shepard dieing. Now i want to see a " =D" face since shepard is alive, and he survived a suicide mission

i could barely see that runescape. I can't tell whether if it was intentionally put there or if it was just part of the texture. good find though.
