Thanks, KG! Yeah, it's been hella busy. I haven't been able to hit up Happy Hour with Garrus or play ME2 for almost a week now because of it. /woe woe

Boxes boxes everywhere. @_@ But on the bright side, my new law firm does a 'Fridays at 5' where the firm buys whatever beer/wine(within reason) employees want and we gather and drink in the kitchen. And the partners will order and pay for a cab if anyone over-indulges with no questions asked. I LOVE my new job. <3 My desktop is Garrus and the IT guy was fixing my outlook inbox rules and was like 'who is that?' and I told him and he mentioned they do sometimes have Halo games at the office. While I don't play Halo myself... knowing that I was now at a firm with people who game and were interested in what Garrus was from made me feel like I was coming home. <3

I've been playing the Haestrom missions and Garrus is kicking ass and taking names. Ranking one kill after another. This guy is a master at killing Geth. "Scratch one! "Perfect!" "One less to worry about!"
Garrus + Epic Music = Awesome. I've always been thinking, if Shepard is female or is male and didn't romance her, pairing Kal with Tali would be swell.

You guys noticed how garrus snapped at mordin when doing mordin's recruitment mission? I don't know if he snapped at his comment but he was replying to mordin's comment about how he was surprised to see a turian work with a human.

Garrus wasn't snapping, no. But what he said was wise.

My first time going through Haestrom was pretty much this.

eta:  I just thought of something else...one swipe from Garrus's talon across those straps and the whole bottom would fall off...hmm, maybe it's a good dress.

Have any of you noticed that on the Normandy, especially while running, Shepard sometimes turns her/his head to the left or right while moving? Wtf? And if you spin around while Shepard is like that, it looks like Shepard's neck is elastic.

Go for it! I can send you an eps/pdf file of it...will be fine for a signwriter to use as a stencil. PM me if you want it.

I'll get back to you on that. First I need to figure out how much the paint costs, learn how to paint a car, and wait for the Seattle weather to get to a place where I can reliably expect a day with no rain so this can dry.

Yep, annoys the crap out of me.  It seems to right itself if you stop and go straight ahead, but even a slight twist off a straight path seems to end with your head doing the same thing.

I'm still at Noveria on my MaleShep playthrough, and for the first time I found the cure instead of accidentally running into Benezia first. I found a turian (the one in that room with the volus) who has some awesome quotes. First he says something to the volus like, "If you're going to be crazy, at least be the quiet kind." Then a human tells him a joke about hydrogen and electrons (unfortunately, even if I reload my last save, my Shepard can only hear this conversation once), and when he's finished the turian says, "Now will you shut up? God." So... I've either found the first in-game turian with a human religion, or he's just heard that expression so many times that he started saying it too. He also used to have nightmares about rachni-like creatures from watching too many cheap horror vids before lights-out. xD

I've noticed that too. It looks very strange to see Shepard run like that. I haven't made Shepard spin around yet, but now I will when he gets back to the Normandy.

It's entirely possible that there's a Turian expression that carries the same connotation as "God..." and is translated into English as such, but doesn't actually imply a human religious belief.

Regarding the Shepard's head thing, it's a glitch that occurs if you start running when Shepard was looking at something. The head doesn't reset to a forward position. I find it annoying also.
