I wonder if he gets that huge bandage thing off the right of his face. Maybe it's like a hearing aid as well. If his ears are on the sides of his head he'd have lost hearing in one or something.

I've been trying to figure out how to make Shepard catch and be caught by certain squadmates, but from what I've read on the forums, it seems to be a lot of guessing with possible re-loading if it doesn't go right. My MainShep brought Garrus and Tali - she caught Garrus, but she was caught by Tali. Next time for her, I'll try bringing Garrus and Thane because I read that it worked for someone. My MaleShep should have no trouble though - he'll bring Tali and unloyal Miranda, so when Miranda gets killed, Tali will be the only one left anyway. And I want one of my Shepards to catch Grunt, because he's just that awesome.

Fro mwhat I heard, it depends on variables, and if the squad mate is in the first or second position.  Like I heard that your LI is always the one to fall in the end scene.

I found youtube videos of the Paragon and Renegade speeches on youtube and posted them on the last page, if anyone wants to see them.

I've heard that theory about choosing the squadmates second. I was going to try it out, but I chose Garrus first out of habit. Maybe it would have worked completely if I had remembered. At least MainShep got to catch him, even if she wasn't caught by him.

Re: the Catching. The Paragon/Renegade leaning of the character is an interesting theory, but then what happens when you catch one person, but get caught by another? My MaleShep caught Grunt, but was caught by Miranda...does that mean their Paragonness/Renegadeness are equivalent, and thus, interchangeable? Or does Miranda always take priority to catch Shep at the end, if she's on the team?

It's not clear-cut for my MainShep either: she caught and got caught by Tali. The other teammember was Thane. I don't really see Thane being more Renegade than Tali...

The LI-catches-you theory is also interesting...I should try it out.

I think the LI theory is right, as I've always taken Tali as Li and taken her in the final fight, and have always caught her, and was caught by her. Taken Miri as well so she can tell TIM to shove it. Never had her fall or be caught by her, in 2 tries with my main.

Duh! Maybe it's a position and plot thing then? I'm thinking it has some kind of "weight" system like you get in the hold the line thing. Did you progress the relationship with Miri at all? also what she first or second?

Same here. Maybe Miranda has priority here as well not just in the hard to kill department.

I didn't get that - my Miranda romancing Shepard caught and was caught by Samara, although my mainshep did catch Garrus.

It's not just Miranda. My MainShep romanced Garrus, and she did catch him, but she was caught by Tali. It would be nice if that theory worked, but unfortunately, it didn't work for me. xD MaleShep will beat the system by killing off the second squadmate though.

Well, MaleShep was going to get Miranda and the Cerberus crew killed off anyway. Being able to catch and be caught by Tali is just a bonus. xD MainShep doesn't get anyone killed off. She's secretly hoping that she can convince Miranda or TIM to do another Lazarus Project. (Poor MainShep. She'll probably have to stick with fanfics for her hopes of a Saren resurrection.)

hmm I had tali do it the 2 times I did the end run and had Miri in with me. Unfortunately I didn't take Garrus with my Femshep the one run I did with her.
