Cerydd wrote: WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH THE FORUM THESE DAYS?! Sometimes I can't quote, sometimes I submit a reply and get directed to a ghost thread... Grrrr...

I've had "forum issues" for over a week now. I've given up using anything but the Quick Reply form. Makes it a pain in the backside to do links, etc., but at least I can still post.

It's cool that BK answers questions on FB. But yeah, it's probably good that he likely doesn't visit these forums. :)

Yesterday one of my students performed his version of the 'put more stuff in the thing that the stuff goes in' scene using soda pop. It was hilarious.

I can't quote anymore. What's the opposite of "Huzzah!"? Because that's what I want to say. :(

Wanted to comment on BK FB commentary, but now I don't remember what I wanted to say exactly. LOL

I've been "Fake" quoting people... cause format is for teh lulz.

Um, yes.
@Aricle - You're students crack me up. XD
Regarding Dragon Age - It's a good story. It's a nice romance. It does get a bit boring at points... but I can skip through those relatively quickly.
However, it takes me months before I want to replay it. And I really only like two of the six origins (City Elf and Human Mage.)

Edit:

Just... reread... my... comment.  Sorry Aricle... I meant STUDENTS.

I was just labeling a picture on my facebook page and wrote 'drinking to the Normandy SR1 and hew crew'... but for the purpose of the photo narrative, Shepard isn't drunk yet, although I was typing as if she was. I wonder if Serrice Ice Brandy tastes good....

I am tempted to do the scene with the kid since he knows it well... and I now have my N7 hoodie at last. With pictures to be taken of course. Is that bad? Of course, it's only soda pop! Riiiggghhhhttttt.

For those having a problem with quoting, take a look at the url first. If it's http://social.biowar.../forum/1/topic/128, then you're good. If it's http://social.biowar.../forum/1/topic/105, then it thinks the thread is in the old forum and it goes *hrkgrkgrk* and fails. Close out the thread and reload it.

I've been wondering about the circumstances in which it happens. For instance, I'm constantly opening and closing threads in new tabs and have never had an issue quoting. Do some of you get to the Garrus thread by bookmark? Or keep the Garrus thread open in a tab for an extended period of time? Or haven't cleared out your cache in awhile?

Its because of those damn character support threads aint it? *loads shotgun*

I kid i kid, but yeah bioware forums have been kind of acting up lately, sometimes i would see the garrus thread show up back at the storylines board, and then it would come back here. Sometimes i would post and it would take me to an entirely different thread.

It's like the character support threads have taken on a life of their own and are fighting the change of forums on their own.

But I do think the move confused the system. Without having access to the forum tools, the easiest solution would be to lock all the threads.....

.....and then open up new ones that are native to the appropriate forum. Let the thread know from the very beginning where its place is.

Or they could just move us to our own sub-forum so we wouldn't have to deal with a bunch of whiny school children who take video games way to seriously. But then again they would still complain so who am i kidding.

Hahaha, the character threads are possessed and started a riot.

"THIS HURTS YOU, FORUM!"

That's probably going to confuse the character support threads even more and the quote problem will persist.

Zalmida that's gorgeous. I'm getting more and more inspired to finally get a new Wacom like I've been thinking about for years - just from this thread!

*Tries to use standard form*

Ok, that was a little weird. While typing that first * a random untitled page opened up. Standard form seems to be working alright other than that for me though (Firefox - current version). Crossing my fingers while I hit the submit button...:?

Edit - success!

Wacoms are amazing. I'm in love with this tablet.

Okay, last bit of fanart. I promise. I just want to contribute to the silly.

I'm glad you approve of my donut picture, I spent an arduous 2 minutes on it. ;)

I guess I'm technically a Garrusmancer too, because on my FemShep playthrough, that's who I went for.  Thane is just "meh" to me overall (he and Jack are used pretty much only on their loyalty missions with me)... and I want to spare myself from the narminess of  "The Priiiiiiize" that I hear so much about.  But as MaleShep, Garrus is mah bro, so that's who I went for with FemShep.

But speaking purely from the perspective of my sexual orientation, I can't really comment on the heartwarming-ness of Garusmance.  Tali, on the other hand....

Hey Andius - you don't have a full body shot of Garrus (with or without helmet)? - I need one for some digital manipulations, looking on the net for one offends my eyes at times..... thanks.

Hi Garrus thread, I'm back and I found you!

I also like to imagine Garrus on the extranet reading human women's magazines trying to figure out how to be a good date and just getting more and more confused.

I think a couple people over at the Talimancer thread have dug around in the model packs for ME2, maybe they can dig up Garrus's.
