I read the opening paragraph of a fanfic where Garrus was doing... that. (the words 'raptor penis' and Shepard's forehead' were involved). Had to go and think about cupcakes in a corner for a while. lol

BTW, good news and bad news.  Bad first:  My computer is totally fried.  Can't even fix it with the recovery disc.  Wut??
Good news:  I managed to get my old computer hooked up with the fast connection so it's back to the old annoying butting-in from me like you are all used to.

Also good:  I didn't miss page 1000!  So, I got a big ol' doorstop for a PC, but I'm happy right now.

I return, triumphant in acquiring fishies for my office! Sadly, even after replacing the bulb the light doesn't work, so I'll have to go buy a new one tomorrow. Piffle. Still, the fishies are exploring and settling in and the cats are getting veeeeeeeerry curious.



I didn't miss page 1000! I'm so happy. :3 After all I've missed over the past few weeks... whew.

In the "one good turn" department (or for those traumatized by raptor penis and need good fic to help unsee bad fic), I highly recommend Fever Dream's "Invictus" on fanfiction.net as a great (and still ongoing) Garrus/Shep story.

EDIT:  and when I say "bad fic" I'm coming from the "no grounds upon which to talk" department considering I wrote the infamous "Down with the 'Ship."

I cannot for the life of me remember where I found that one (think it was through linking from this thread, to be honest) but I attempted to find it again, failed, and have just stumbled into awful slashfic which would probably have melted my brain had I not had wine already.

The sentence I've just read is etched into my brain. The horror. o_O

I read one where Garrus's penis had sort of tentacles coming off it - LOL, but the story was actually incredibly well written and hot to boot despite how crazy it sounds.
