 I don't know how much time is going to pass between ME2 and ME3, but I'd like the option of giving my Shepard some grey hair. 

Is Shepard supposed to be in his thirties or something? I can give him the face of an old geezer, but not the hair? Has an one else ever been bothered by this?

You can do this with gidded's save game editor.
