Everyone but like three of four of my squad dies. Anyone wanna give me a clue as how to avoid this? Id like everyone to survive prefferably.

Ok, serious now, do theyir loyalty missions, and then talk to them and research their respective upgrades.

Lastly, choose the right people for the right tasks in the base.

Make sure you assign people to jobs that fit their skill.



Make sure the ship is fully upgraded.

Fire Team Leader 1 or 2: Jacob, Garrus, or Miranda

Biotic Specialist: Jack or Samara/Morinth

Crew Escort: Anyone loyal (Mordin is recommended by many)



Your choices should be loyal or they will still die or get someone killed.

I dont remember exactly what i did the first time. I played on the normal setting first and just about everyone died. Im going through on the easiest setting to see if that made a difference. Im almost done with all the loyalty missions and ive still got a few upgrades. Someone said i only need 3 of the ship upgrades and im not sure how many there are.

The ship upgrades you need are shields, guns, armor. You can skip the med bay.



Make sure everyone is loyal. If someone isn't loyal, never pick them for anything, including the final squad. Plenty of cookie cutter solutions above.

Alright ill give it a go.

You need to shields, armor, and weapons upgrades. The mineral scanner, fuel reserves, and medical facility are not required to keep people alive.



Loyalty of each memeber plays a factor, make sure you've done all their missions.

Only Tali and Legion will survive as the Tech Expert.

Only Jacob, Garrus, and Miranda will survive as Fire Team leaders.

Only Jack and Samara/Morinth can keep everyone alive as biotic leaders.

What you say before the final stand also plays a factor, as well as who does stay behind (like having Grunt back there increases group survivability)

Yep. Jacob, Miranda or Garrus.
