 I just bought a new copy of ME2 from gamestop, opened up only to find out there was no Cerberus Network card in it.
I checked the case and it does say there should be one in it. I called the gamestop and they said it must have been a shipping issue. Anyone know how i would go about getting one? Considering i feel kinda cheated i guess.  :/
If necessary i can provide pictures etc.

Take it back and exchange it for another copy.  Just because it was shrink wrapped (I'm assuming yours was shrink wrapped [I hope it was if you bought it new]) means nothing.  Gamestop has a policy that allows employees to rent out new games before they're released.  Employees can take a game home, play it, bring it back, and the store shrink wraps them again and sells them as new. 

I'm not saying that this is what happened in your case, but dealing with Gamestop, the chances are too high for it not to be a possibility.
