I plan on switching my 20 GB 360 HDD to a 120 GB one. If I use the transfer kit, will all my download content going to work? Do I have to use the DRM transfer service here http://www.xbox.com/...censemigration/ ?
I heard horror stories that it won't work at all or only work if you are connected all the time to live.

You only have to use the license migration if you switch 360s, not HDDs.

Thanks. Do I need to delete everything and redld everything for the DLC to work or the kit will make it work right off the bat?

The kit will transfer everything over. You shouldn't have any problems.
