"Not bad."?

"Not bad."?!

Madame, that is ear porn! B)

Well, the musical kind, anway.

:innocent:

Yes, not bad. I prefer the synth version of that Doom track. :) That one was okay but felt a bit too over-the-top. It took something away from the original tune.

I believe I mentioned the fact that I like (lovelovelove!) Monty Python, no?

All of my OLD games are given away... I can never recover from the horrible day, when my mother informed me that she gave away Duke Nukem3D...It was truly a sad day...

<-- Ahh, the memories...

I didn't take very good care of my old NES games back when I was a kid.  At least not the boxes.  The games themselves are still in perfect working condition (as is the NES itself), but the boxes (while they still exist) are crushed and frayed and such.

While I intend on keeping all of the NES games, I ended up throwing away a ton of my old PC games.  Man, some of the boxes back in the day were MASSIVE in comparison to the standardized nature of today's boxes.  There was just no room for them anymore!

Half my PC library consists of those old oversized boxes. I have a compartment in my desk that houses Infinity Engine stuff, the Diablo games, and a few others. It's large enough to hold a large number of DVD cases, but only around twenty old style PC games. I don't blme you for getting rid of them. I'm too much of a packrat to do the same, however.

Does your NES ever act up? I used to do the cartridge blowing thing and all those other silly tricks until Nintendo released the top loading new model. That one I kept, and it works reliably. >.<

I've honestly never had a problem with my NES! If a game didn't load, blowing the cartridges always fixed it (I always thought that method was such a hilarious fix... why on earth does it even work?!). It's a still working old model too. :D

I suppose I'm a bit odd, because I took perfect care of the cartridges and system itself... but I must have fiddled around with the boxes way too much or something.

You guys know that Nintendo's patents for the NES/SNES are up, right?

I totally think you should keep your old systems, but they shouldn't stop you from playing your old games!
